Elena-Alina Gebaila: Unfortunately a different experience than expected. We have ordered our very basic style wedding bands at Moogu and were called to pick them up in less than 2 weeks. At a first check, we realized the diamond on my wedding band was set wrong (with the bottom up) and the writing on the inside was not visible. They've agreed that the diamond was not fixed accordingly and that the writing needs to be cleaned. We had to come back in few days to pick up the wedding bands. However, our overall experience was not pleasant because they should have checked them before calling the client to pick them up. Errors happen and I hope something was learnt from this. A QA check should be applied always before delivering (doesn t matter what is delivered whatsoever).

You can find quite a few things such as jewelry, cups, plates, dresses, etc. I t’s a great store, especially if you’re trying to decorate your house with unique pieces! Also, if you are trying to support Roma people, this is a great way to do so, as various Roma artists sell their pieces here.I spent quite a bit of time looking around the store and Khalid (the owner of the store) was extremely welcoming. We had a lovely conversation about the purpose of the shop and life in general, so if you are down to just have a chat and look around I’m sure that Khalid and his colleagues would be super happy!
