Florin Alexandru: I've tried to pick up money with my European passport and obviously like Romania is not part of EU,they only accept Romanian id only,which is a serious offence to other European citizens who also would like to use money gram services and they pay to do so. I also ask the lady at the desk to report the problem to her supervisors and she denied it by saying that she is employee of Carrefour and she doesn't care about it. Very poor service from the beginning to the end.I manage to pick the money from money gram at Decebal boulevard location and they accepted my passport as identification id so I've been able to pick up the money at the end. So different location different rules.
