We stayed in a room on the ground floor, but next time we would like to stay upstairs where we understood that you can see directly into the kitchen. I liked the fact that you are served with still or sparkling water from the house. At first, you are asked if you have food allergies or intolerances. The menu is a tasting menu consisting of twelve dishes: four amuse bouches, three appetizers, two main courses, a pre-dessert, and two desserts. You will not get up fully satiated, but there is just enough food. Each dish is presented by the waiter so that the dinner becomes an experience itself, an incredibly special one. My favorite dishes were the starter with new potatoes and wild garlic, the bread-and-butter service and the dessert with baked yeast ice cream. We had a wonderful and memorable experience at Noua Bucatarie Romaneasca.

Saloanele, ca dintr-un film de epocă, și ele, sunt puse la conservare pe vreme de pandemie, însă au extins terasa, au trecut cu ea și dincolo de poartă, pe trotuarul foarte larg, construit în mod special în acest fel, pentru terase ca la Paris. A Cazacu: Brilliant place, from design to food to service.The doner beignets and fried chicken are simply amazing entrees. The aubergine kebab really hit the spot, looking forward to trying the lamb adana next time. Fries drenched in iskender sauce to round it all up. 👌The beer options also very good - both Zimbru and the IPA.The prices reflect the work and effort put into it all, but still very much in line with many other old center restaurants.A unique place in Bucharest, must visit.

Ludovic Andreas Toth: I had so many expectations of this place, but I was so disappointed!The service is really bad: the waiters are not kind, they do not smile and they are arogant!When it comes to food, the taste is good, but I was served raw food.I ordered hummus, which had an ok taste, nothing out of ordinary, but it had too much oil in it. I ordered potato skins with parmesan cheese, which were good.Unfortunately, I ordered Butter Chicken, and even though the sauce was tasty and the rice was good, the chicken was raw. It came in pink. It was hard to slice and eat.I told the waiter about my problem, and he took the chicken away with an arrogant attitude and went to the so-called chef.Later on, the chef came by the table and told me that the chicken was perfectly cooked because his cooking technique was perfect and started arguing with me: no apologies, and 0 customer service abilities. It was clear he didn't have experience. Unfortunately, it was clear with the bare eyes that it was pink.In the end, they gave me a dessert on the house, but I still paid for the chicken I did not eat. This is the only reason I gave 2 stars for the service.Bad experience, and I would not recommend it! But, if you go there, just pick something deep fried...

Mains, fried white fish (never specified what fish) half fish portion 418 Lei/84 euro, shrimp dish for 2 pax, Linguini pasta and water. Bill came to almost 1200 Lei. I would rate the food as just average and too salty. Very nice olives though. Nice location.
