We alerted the owner, but we got a reply that he doesnt know about anything, that we can look at the reviews. We ordered the apartment through booking, we completed our accomodation on Saturday and then the owner canceled our reservation, so we cannot give a review on booking.The owner of the apartment rents with the cockroaches completely consciously!!!Noteworthy details: Zamoreno svaby!!!infested with cockroaches!!!

Doru Trofin: As central as possible, clean apartment, nicely furnished, equipped with everything you need for a successful stay. Excellent communication with the owner, very easy check in. For parking, I recommend the Intercontinental parking lot, underground and much cheaper than the municipal one.

Konstantinos D.V.2: The apartment was in the 4th floor..next to the intercontinental hotel..the location is perfect..3-5 minutes walking to the old town.. next to the metro station and bus stop.. the elevator was really fast..in order to enter the building you just need a code..the apartment was comfortable.. very clean and sunny..the price was normal -- low and the guy who helped as to check in was really helpful and on time..if i visit Bucharest again,black and white hotel will be my 1st choice

Alexandru Dobrin: The best location and the most affordable stay in Bucharest! Very close to great pubs, restaurants, museums, transportation is 2 blocks away - Piata Romana(biggest hub). The interior was clean, tidy and cozy. The bathroom and kitchen are not the biggest but they suffice. Security is great, view from our unit was 10 stars pub A1 was right outside of our first floor windows. Fire vibe, nice people and interesting surroundings to discover! Also met Mr. Iancu, such a nice person, thx and see you next time!

It was dirty,bedsheets not changed from previous guests etc. We tried to contact them but the phone was off,we could not get in touch with them that evening. The bathroom in the 2nd room had a numerous family of ants allready living there. In the cupboard we had dirty glases. Is old fashioned and dirty. Avoid!! It's a shame as the location is great!

MAJAJ LU: Miejsce super na wypad we dwoje.Fasada budynku i wnętrze klatek schodowych na początku przeraża, ale po wejściu do mieszkania przyjemnie zaskakuje - mimo kilku niedociągnięć. W sypialni jest klima, twardy materac i tv. Oddzielne pomieszczenia to kuchnia i łazienka (niestety z wanną i zasłoną ....) wrr.Przygotowane produkty na śniadanie i bliskość Mega Image są nieocenione. Najlepszy jednak jest mini market przy wejściu do klatki.Poranna kawa kosztuje tam 2 Lei, a piwo ( lokalny URSUS ) 3 Lei.I wszędzie z tąd jest blisko :-)
