Am mai avut alte experiente neplacute in alte hoteluri, de aceea de 10 ani fac drumul Iasi-Bucuresti special pentru ca fiintele pe care le iubesc sa fie tratate cu respect si iubire. Apreciez mult facilitatile oferite dar cel mai mult apropierea si dedicatia angajatilor pentru caini si implinirea tuturor dorintelor stapanilor pt catelusi. Recomand din toata inima acest hotel.
Sandra Silaghi: Incă o data foarte mulțumiți ! Apelăm la serviciile Ring Star Pet Hotel incă de la deschidere și nu am fost niciodată dezamăgiți. Pentru Pufa aici este a 2 -a casă.Nici nu mai stiu numarul vacanțelor pe care Pufa, câinele meu, le-a petrecut la Ring Star. Oricum sunt 9+ ani !!!Întotdeauna a fost foarte bine îngrijită, blana curată, fără probleme de piele sau alte probleme de sănătate ulterior.Și, în plus, am regăsit-o intotdeauna veselă, nu deprimată.Locația este minunată mai ales pentru timp de vară, deoarece se află intr-un crâng și are foarte multă verdeață in jur. Temperatura este chiar mai scăzută cu câteva grade față de oraș. Câinii beneficiază de țarcuri exterioare unde se pot juca sau sta liber, daca stăpânul este de acord.Personalul foarte amabil.
Mariana Tubac: Câinele nostru, schnauzer uriaș, s-a simțit foarte bine, de fiecare dată. A avut perioade în care a stat mai mult de 10 zile și totul a fost în regulă. Pentru noi, este important că este fericit atunci când revine la Ringstar și că se bucură când interacționează cu cei care îl ingrijesc, pe perioada în care este cazat.
