Eu am fost programat pe data de 14.06.2023 la ora 11:40 , așteptat 4 ore și 30 min. cuminte, după cele 4 ore și 30 min. de așteptare l-am intrebat pe dl. Dr. de ce nu se respecta programarea, (dl. Dr. băga pacienți in față ) și cat mai durează, la care dl. Dr. mi-a răspuns: " că o sa fac controlul și să aștept", nu mi-a dat niciun raspuns doar că trebuie să aștept in condițiile in care nu ai voie să mănanci nimic și era deja ora 16. Mi s-a permis doar foarte, foarte puțină apă. I-am cerut dosarul, domnului Dr care a fost foarte mirat și nu se aștepta că o să ii cer dosarul deoarece costul unui control ajunge la 7000 lei și totuși nu voiau să piardă banii, pacientul nu contează banii mai presus de tot . Mi-a adresat intrebarea: "-Dacă vreau să o iau de la capăt cu așteptarea, " Pe asta se bazează odată ajuns pacientul la ușa lor fac ce vor. NU venim de drag la dumneavoastră domnule Dr. și nu căutăm prietenie, venim că avem o problemă de sănătate și căutăm să o reparăm, dar din păcate pleci cu alta. M-am reprogramat la altă clinică. Păcat că mi-am pierdut ziua la această clinică, am rămas cu un gust amar. NU RECOMAND.

Mi-au sugerat ca dl Russu sa imi indeparteze 4 alunite de pe spate care nu aveau nicio problema, erau mici, normale si acum dupa peste 10 ani am 4 urme ca arsura de tigara. Regret ca am avut incredere in ei. Am platit acum mai bine de 10 ani suma de 2500 lei ptr 4 alunite si 500 lei biopsia care ulterior am aflat ca a fost un fals cu hartiuta de la spitalul Elias, fiindca in urma laserului, proba carbonizata nu mai poate fi trimisa la biopsie. Asa ca ATENTIE! Mai am experiente tot aici cu dna dr Giurcaneanu, experiente negative, mamei mele i-a indepartat si cu laser si cu bisturiu niste alunite, tot fara sa fie nevoie doar ptr bani si arata groaznic asa zisele operatii, cicatrici, bataie de joc. Nu aveam nicio problema de piele insa aceasta clinica ne-a lasat niste urme si totul ptr ca doream preventie si au campanii, reclame de prevenire a problemelor de piele. O alta experienta a fost cu dna dr Naumescu, care a intarziat mult (toti intarzie cel putin 1-2 ore la consultatii, operatii, asa a fost la mine), dar doamna a fost ok, mi-a urmarit un nev pigmentar pe care ulterior l-am scos la o alta dna dr dermatolog cu bisturiul la alta clinica. Tot aici am mai fost pe vremuri la domnul dr Giurcaneanu si dr Alecu experienta cu dumnealor a fost ok, dl dr Giurcaneanu din fericire a parasit aceasta clinica indoielnica.Recomandarea mea este sa evitati pe cat posibil aceasta clinica, va gaseste probleme acolo unde nu sunt, va infricoseaza ca sa va scoateti alunite care nu e nevoie sa fie scoase, problema e ca ramaneti cu urme urate pe piele (nu stiu cum cicatricile facute in urma interventiei acestor doctori sunt asa oribile, iar altele facute in alta parte s-au vindecat perfect, evident tehnica celor de la Bioderm/Biomedica -circula sub diverse denumiri- este deficitara.) Doctorii desi unii mari profesori celebri, multi sunt ft in varsta, depasiti, s-au retras la pensie aici, nu mai au rabdare, nu isi mai dau interesul.In plus ptr copil am mers la dna dr Diaconeasa si pe bajbaite a incercat tot felul de tratamente si examinari sofisticate, pana la urma mi-a recomandat Zynerit si a trecut cu el.Eu am schimbat clinica, nu mai vreau sa aud de ei, sunt un dezastru pe toate linile.
