In the past, this same street was the location of all sculptors and painters and their ateliers and art galleries. Therefore, the artistic soul of our restaurant can be felt through the elements of design, the tangible modern art pieces, the ethnic reinterpretations as well as the crockery and cutlery at the same time. We offer several choices of tasting menu or courses from our à la carte menu, that can be found here – link. Menu choices are the same for lunch and dinner. If you choose one of our tasting menu we kindly request the same menu for the whole table.

For party of 6 guests or more, the tasting menù is required for the whole table unless there is another agreement.

The Tasting Menu experience usually takes from 2 to 4 hours, but it depends on your kind of menu choices as well on Wine Pairing or Cocktail Pairing choices.

The experience is suitable for anyone who is inherently curious, although it is not designed with children in mind. Children aged 8 and older are welcome but we do not have a children’s menu & require all younger guests to have the same menu as the adults.

We kindly ask to be informed of any allergies we need to be aware of in advance of your visit. At KAIAMO, we try to make the fewest number of changes possible when accommodating dietary restrictions, so that our guests may enjoy the experience as originally intended. If the dietary requirements dictate comprehensive changes in the menu that will result in a compromise of standards, we may not be able to accommodate your request. We are not able to make substitutions for aversions. When booking a reservation, please note all food allergies in as much detail as possible. We are able to make accommodations for certain common dietary restrictions (vegetarian, pescetarian) with at least 48 hours advance notice. While we do our best to accommodate mild allergies but cannot guarantee that we work in a nut, dairy, gluten or allergen-free environment given the complexity of our menu & the use of rare foraged ingredients. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

This is how Blue Margarita was born, a family restaurant and concept, where we aim for two things. First of all, to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, where you can choose to come for a variety of occasions. Second of all, we want to pave the road towards special dishes which are new to the market in Romania, inspired by South-American culture and adapted by our head chef in order to cater to everyone’s tastes.
