Dana Mateescu: I've been to them in the past, today I didn't manage to enter the pool even though I wanted to, but the reason for this review is strictly for the staff at the entrance. The boy I talked to was kind, he understood us and we understood him. Useful advice for the future: I understand that it is not ok either with or without a reservation. I suggest you use 20-30% on the basis of chaise longue reservation, the rest without reservation. It would be much better that way.

Tavi Cristea: We called to make a reservation for the pool which they confirmed for 2 adults and one baby. Upon coming to the door, we were told they don't take reservations for the pool anymore. This was very annoying, as we had brought the baby along, with the pushchair and everything, and planned our day and just had to leave. The situation did not arise from a language barrier, as I am a native Romania speaker. The staff were not very polite and did nothing to try to help the situation or find out what had happened. Overall a very poor customer experience.

M G: The good: super location on the lake, outdoor pool and indoor pool both are very clean, the food is not bad at all. Open until 9pm. Overall the location can get 4-5*. The bad : you feel like you are back in 1985 or so , umbrellas are very small exactly like those umbrellas which people take from home when they go to the beach:), sunbeds are the cheapest ones and who knows from when ..... they have some stupid rules like after i paid the entry fee i just wanted to sit at a table and drink a coffee and so on ...they said it is not possible because there are not many tables and people want to eat ....basically even if I didnt had swim shorts they told me to stay on a sun bed and drink the coffee there:))) It is understandable because whole facility is ran by some gov entity RAPPS and every single ro gov entity it is supervised by some incompetent persons. With a minimum investment Club Floreasca can be one of the best pools in town.

ILANY SCHWARTZ: It was considered one of the oldest and most beautiful restaurants in Bucharest, with good food and moderate prices. Now, it became a "factory", long wait, and meals from very good to less than medium quality. The french fries arrived almost cold, the mititei ( still good) ...I asked to be well done, and they served it almost "vivant". At least, the mustard was very good.
Maksymilian Majer: This is a typical tourist location. It was recommended to me by at least five different people as the great place for local cuisine. While the building and the atmosphere have a great vibe with live music and dance performances, the food isn't the best I've had. The local skinless sausages were nice, but the French fries were just awful - not crispy at all. There are better options to eat local food in Bucharest.

ruxandra p: Wow! I usually do not write reviews but I feel that I have to. We travel from San Francisco to visit family. My kids, both 10, wanted to get out si I found this place. It looks good, nice pools but I felt humiliated. I brought a sandwich for my son, he has dietary restrictions. They saw a little plastic bag in which I carried the sandwich and did not allow me with it inside. They do not have gluten free meals so I could not feed my son. Never heard of anything like this, prices are higher than California but the quality is way behind. Never, ever again! What a shame after paying adult price for kids that are 10 as they are taller than 135 cm... This is why Romania will never get up to a higher standard. Only money but no quality services.
