K: Decided to have a mid afternoon lunch at the Gramont restaurant at Suter Palace, Bucharest. I can't comment on the bedrooms, but the restaurant and general rooms had a nice classical decor. One disappointing area was the restroom, it was clean but very small (only one cubicle) and rather drab (maybe they ran out of budget when they were rennovating?). Friendly staff. Much nicer feeling of hospitality than many other hotels in Bucharest (cough "Sheraton" pfft). Great view from the balcony, and calming soft jazz gently playing in the background.Food was very nice, I went for the seafood spaghetti and was happy to chomp on decent portions of shrimp, scallops and so on. Pasta was al dente. The dessert was tasty and pretty. Peach slices sitting on some kind of mousse inside a citrus jelly, and then it had a crunchy almond biscuit base. Yum.

Amy Casi: We stayed at the hotel in Bucharest May 17-20, 2023. I had high hopes for this hotel since there was a lot of good reviews. On arrival date, we were met by a gentleman with beard who was very kind and courteous. At the reception also a lady greeted us nicely and we were off to a good start. The hotel is a 3 story building which seems to have been a house prior to being a hotel in a residential area.. We were 2 couples and had rooms across from each other. In our room we had steps which I didn’t like but I didn’t complain. On Friday night, we went to bed around 10 PM since we were flying out the next morning and hrkeard children screaming and playing and shortly followed by loud music and a loud singer. The sound was so loud that we couldn’t sleep. I called the reception at around 12:00 AM since the sound and the singing was even louder. Nobody answered. The noise and the singing did not stop until 1:30 AM. I was so upset that couldn’t sleep the night at all. Once checking out, I mentioned it to the staff member and he said that there was an event that night. Not only he didn’t apologize but also questioned me as to why I didn’t contact them. When I told him I did, he was arguing with me. I will never go back to this hotel again and want everyone to know that the hotel rents out to events with no respect to guests. Even Airbanb rentals have a limit on the timing of parties, let alone a hotel with so many guests. If you have any respect for yourself or your sleep, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL, IT HAS NO RESPECT For YOU.

Impeccable services, impeccable cleanliness - congratulations ladies!Valet very attentive and polite, and the gentlemen at the reception are in the same style.The bed is comfortable and the design of the rooms has a special finesse - I have visited almost all of them.We served dinner in the restaurant, accompanied by the music of the live violinist. Karen Smedley: The Europa Royale Bucharest is excellent. Right next to the Piata Unirii metro and on the edge of Bucharest's Old Town, the location couldn't be better. Being on the edge of the Old Town means it's quieter than most hotels in the area but everything is on your doorstep.The staff are great, the breakfast is good, and the rooms are just what you need for a city break.We stayed at The Europa Royale Bucharest on three separate occasions during our trip to Romania and would happily stay there again.
Yulia Lia Levi: I am an agent and I booked this hotel for my clients. The only good thing is the location. On the day of arrival, the air conditioning system was not working in the entire hotel. June. 30 degrees. Customers were promised that they would be fixed by the evening, but it didn't happen. This is where our support intervened, they were also told the story that everything would be fixed by the evening. In the process it turned out that they have not had air conditioning for two days. Based on this, we asked to cancel the remaining two days so that customers could go to another hotel with air conditioning. They refused! We claimed that you could sleep with the windows open. Two days of correspondence, e-mails, inquiries.... They refused again and again.The customers went to another hotel, there was no choice, additional expenses. Not even an "apology" was received from the hotel. Stay away from them like fire. 100 euros was more important to them than their name and services, as expected from a 4-star hotel.
Saudi Traveller: The worst experience for me during all my trips to more than 160 cities around the world. Unfortunately, customer service is very bad. I booked a room with air conditioning, but the air conditioner did not work. I asked them several times to solve the problem, but unfortunately they ignored my request. If you want a comfortable stay, stay away from this hotel.

Naveed Iqbal: Friendly and helpful staff. Room was average, what you would expect for the price. Air conditioning worked well but rather rattly. Fully loaded mini bar. Great internet coverage throughout. Shower pressure was awful. No iron in room, have to request. Kettle and cups provided. Windows open quite wide so be careful on lower floors if you open them. Breakfast was basic. Small pastries, 2 styles of eggs, meats, cheeses, juices, small cereal selection, yoghurts and jams. It didn't get crowded. House keeping turned up everyday around the same time. There's a supermarket next door if you need one. And metro is up the road.

רותם חסון: Wow! Excellent hotel! Bomb location, large rooms (we took the 36 meters), quiet, 7 minutes walk to the Radisson Casino. 7 minutes' walk from the old city - a central and bomb location. Excellent room service, I asked for something within 3 minutes there was a knock on the door. Good food (European breakfasts), in short, highly recommend. And much cheaper than the Radisson and Marriott which are not worth the price at all (Marriott is very far from the center, 15 minutes away by taxi). Take this hotel!

Robert van't Wout: I just stayed one night.When I arrived Ana greeted me, she was polite, friendly, and very was very helpful helpful.I was upgraded and the room was very nice, with a drink, chocolate bar and a couple of bottles of water and a special welcome note waiting for me.Once I had settled in I went back to reception and asked what was worth seeing in Bucharest, again Ana was very helpful, gave me a map and told me where I should go.They only have a few parking spaces, but there is a public underground car park that has an entrance right in front of the hotel. For the night it only cost 24 ronThe breakfast was good as well with a great selection.A lovely place to stayRooms: The room was clean and tidy. had USB sockets for charging phones etc, plus plenty of wall socketsWalkability: It is walkable to the old city, well I walked it, about 3km or about 40 minutes walk each way.Food & drinks: Has a restaurant and bar attached, and the food and service were good.
