Marius Mandruta: La starsitul anului 2021, am mers in acest magazin si am cerut mai multe detalii despre o saltea Savoy King Koil. Am cerut sa testez aceasta saltea iar doamna care m-a asistat, a zis ca salteaua nu poate fi testata decat infoliata si trebuie sa ma descalt ca sa ma pot urca in pat. Am intrebat daca o cumpar si atunci cand o testez la domiciliu nu sunt satisfacut, pot sa o intorc, si mi s-a raspuns ca atata timp cat nu o desfoliez, poate fi intoarsa. Mi s-a parut ciudat, dar intrucat nu exista alta solutie, am acceptat sa o testez infoliata in showroom, si desi experienta a fost cat se poate de neplacuta (nu am reusit sa simt nervurile de pe broderie, nu am simtit duritatea reala a saltelei), am cumparat acest produs. Mi se pare total lipsit de profesionalism cum am fost tratat, totusi discutam de un produs de aprox 2000€, ar trebui clientii sa aiba obtiunea sa vada si sa simta confortul real al unei saltele.In final, vreau sa precizez ca nu sunt deloc multumit de aceasta saltea, de faptul ca broderia se simte, trebuie dormit cat mai departe de margini intrucat topper-ul este foarte slab pe aceste zone.
Timoque: Zilele trecute am intrat in magazin impreuna cu un prieten si o angajata a venit la noi si ne a sugerat sa parasim magazinul, recomandandu ne sa venim insotiti de parintii nostri. Tin sa mentionez faptul ca am 19 ani iar prietenul meu 18. Pot sa spun ca am ramas cu un gust amar, si ma bucur ca in orasul Cluj-Napoca, din care provin, clientii sunt tratati cu respect.
