Teodora Lupescu: Departamentul de bucatarii este ceva neimaintalnit. Nu se respecta programarile, nimeni nu stie nimic si se asteapta cu orele pentru o comanda.
Bruno Zevi: Produse de calitate . Insa este scump , mult mai scump decat la concurenta . Am luat un produs pentru decapat vopseaua cu 30 de lei mai scump la un pret de 100 lei ! La Dedeman era doar 70 lei !

Gabri I: Magazinul a aplicat greșit n defavoarea clientului promoțiile afișate rezultând un cost dublu fata de cât ar fi trebuit, fiind evident un caz de înșelăciune. Cu toate acestea managerul de tura, Marius Sandu, a avut o atitudine reprobabile, aroganta și lipsita de bună cuviință fata de client încercand sa impresioneze cu lipsa de bun simt și tupeu arogant trimițând clientul sa facă reclamație în loc sa ofere o soluție. O prestație execrabila a unui reprezentant al managementului magazinului într o situație grava!
Neculai Mitu: Transformarea in Brico Depot nu a reprezentat un avantaj. Produsele sunt separate dupa o logica a lor. Sortimente putine. Nu au marfa vrac.

Bilegt Bat-Ochir: Worst, ordered kitchen cabinets, they told us it would take a maximum of 7 work days, and we still dont have the kitchen. They asked us to pay 100% upfront, which would have been faster to make the furniture. But after 13 days, we still dont have them. We tried to find out where it is, and customer service told us 15 work days... so disappointing. Dont go here.
