Iuliana Tanase: I don't even know how to write down the interaction. I went to Dr. Mitarca, who asked me some very generic questions, based on which he determined something undefined. He proposed pills for sleep and depression. What surprised me is that he proposed the pills when he did not have a clear diagnosis. I think I diagnosed depression only because I said that another doctor had said this in the past. All this for 310 lei.To better determine the diagnosis, he sent me to someone else for 2 tests that are done in 3 different sessions at the clinic. So basically, to receive a diagnosis you have to pay at least 1000 lei. Or, from discussions with other people with similar problems, the tests proposed to them had been online, having a discussion session based on the results, practically, 2 sessions being necessary, one initial, one based on the results. But this at other clinics.And as soon as I arrived at the reception, I was asked how to pay, the human side was completely lacking. I try to imagine how a person feels when he comes out of therapy broken or affected, emotionally, and instead of "how was it? how do you feel?" or any question/interjection no matter how empathetic, the subject should be "let's pay".I think that this clinic has a policy of prolonging the process as much as possible in order to milk as well as possible the people who want to feel better about their skin.

Ivan Ana Maria: Lack of professionalism, delayed appointments without notice. You are treated with indifference and even scolded if you have questions about delays!
Miruna Vasilescu: They just didn't want to help me with an adult autism spectrum assessment. The lady at the reception first wanted to bewitch me with "first you need a therapist to go to for a while...". I told her I have a therapist but I need this evaluation from a clinician, and she refused me lying that I can't be evaluated if I can't say the EXACT NAME OF THE TEST. I replied that there weren't many such ratings, that a clinician would be sure to know the EXACT NAME, and that if there were more than one, I wanted them all. I was told dryly "it is not possible". Total lack of interest, respect and empathy.

mariana merisan: A good clinic with specialist doctors, but the migration of doctors from one location to another does not seem right to me. While the doctor knows the patient as much as possible, he leaves for another location and we cannot and do not have the necessary time to cross Bucharest with 2,3 means of transport. Then the children also have to go to school. I can't fault the doctors I've worked with, but the fact that we change them after a certain period doesn't seem normal to me. Otherwise all good.
