Cornel G. Comsa: Very bad return experience. I bought about 50 products online, four were not suitable for children, normally the money had to be returned if I brought the products and the invoice. Due to incompetence, her first response is NO WAY.Try elsewhere.
Simona-Adina Caraconcea: Avoid the store and online orders.The online order placed on 09.01.2021 with delivery from Orhideea, it seems. The order was confirmed and later canceled by Okaidi by email, and the money remained blocked. Talked by phone with a very kind lady in order to unlock the amount, but in vain. The money is unlocked after the 13 days, at the legal deadline. Arranged with the same lady that we pick up the order from the store with payment by card. Today, 27.01.2021, we went to pick it up and found other SURPRISES:1. A product invoiced at the store price, not the order price2. The order was not complete, a product was missing3. Considering the above, we wanted to return the product with the wrong price, and then the whole order. Initial refusal to return products and refund money4. Scandal in the store for returning the products and refunding the amount, according to the legislation in force.In the end, we received the money in cash, but we miss shopping online or in the Orhideea store, although we like their products very much.

Anca Bujoreanu: Very nice baby clothes, although not cheap. They have marvelous, trendy clothes and accessories for new borns. Excellent quality and style.
