T Andrei: It's not worth buying from this location, because their shoes show big signs of wear with dull leather, as if they were worn for 3-4 months, at least and the rude employees didn't want to change them. Shame on Ecco and the respective locations for having the nerve to market shoes with a high degree of wear.

Valeriu Alexandru: The store is located from the National Military Circle, 100 m further down, on the same side. I write about men's shoes. Leather inside, outside, good seams, on the laces, metal holes to not cut the leather, modern models, flexible sole, quality. I could easily buy 2-3 pairs, no regrets. Affordable prices like those on the website. 230 lei. They have 6 stores in Bucharest. Being in the center, I prefer this one or the one on Lipscani.
Ana Maria: I would have given more stars for quality, but the employee there is above all criticism! There was only one person trying and one more looking and asking questions about the products. When she was asked if she had a number available for a certain model, she started to growl and say that she can't deal with so many people, to wait her turn. Which order? I understand if you say the same thing but in a different tone and in a different way. Shame on the store! Customer care zero.

I received an answer that the product is reserved and I am waiting until closing. I arrived at the store and was greeted by a very kind lady who helped me in my decision and even assured me that I could change the product. I took advantage of the visit and also bought for my wife, who was also helped to choose the best. I am very satisfied with the products purchased from this brand and the way we were served. It happened on 29.01.2023 at 11.00 am. I give 5 stars with all confidence.

There, an aggressive saleswoman informs me that the pair of shoes has been "worn and washed".I explained to him that it is not true, that we can check the time at which the courier brought it and the time at which I filled out the return form in the application.She seemed quite aggressive and lacked empathy. I was with a baby for a few months and he kept making us wait for him to call the warehouse.Who would wear a pair of shoes that is noticeably bigger and then go to the store to change them?! Who?I don't know if it has happened to anyone before, but we were outraged by the "event" and we would like to know why the quality of ecco products is associated with people who do not love the job they have chosen.Thank you!Updates! Not even 3 minutes after I wrote the above review, I was called by a lady from ecco to inform me that "she saw the pictures of the shoes and they really DO look worn, the soles are dull. We don't know if we can accept your return."The lady saw that I am a dumb sole in a picture! He didn't check them, he didn't wait to receive the product to see with his own eyes that the shoe WASN'T WORN!Dear lady, I have worn ecco shoes for 2 years and the sole has not dulled!
