I took advantage of a visit to Bucharest and chose to go to the Mega Mall with which I corresponded beforehand by messenger. I received an answer that the product is reserved and I am waiting until closing. I arrived at the store and was greeted by a very kind lady who helped me in my decision and even assured me that I could change the product. I took advantage of the visit and also bought for my wife, who was also helped to choose the best. I am very satisfied with the products purchased from this brand and the way we were served. It happened on 29.01.2023 at 11.00 am. I give 5 stars with all confidence.

Florin Bohotineanu: The best shoes on the market, more expensive but durable and worth all the money. The store staff answered all my questions, listened to me and recommended shoes based on my needs. Most importantly, 2 year warranty on a pair of shoes that lasts 7+ years.
Cristina Raceanu: I ordered two pairs of shoes online, different models. For one of them, the size did not match. Calling ecco, a kind consultant informs me that I can replace the product with another suitable product from a nearby store. Very excited, I went to Ecco in the Mega Mall. There, an aggressive saleswoman informs me that the pair of shoes has been "worn and washed".I explained to him that it is not true, that we can check the time at which the courier brought it and the time at which I filled out the return form in the application.She seemed quite aggressive and lacked empathy. I was with a baby for a few months and he kept making us wait for him to call the warehouse.Who would wear a pair of shoes that is noticeably bigger and then go to the store to change them?! Who?I don't know if it has happened to anyone before, but we were outraged by the "event" and we would like to know why the quality of ecco products is associated with people who do not love the job they have chosen.Thank you!Updates! Not even 3 minutes after I wrote the above review, I was called by a lady from ecco to inform me that "she saw the pictures of the shoes and they really DO look worn, the soles are dull. We don't know if we can accept your return."The lady saw that I am a dumb sole in a picture! He didn't check them, he didn't wait to receive the product to see with his own eyes that the shoe WASN'T WORN!Dear lady, I have worn ecco shoes for 2 years and the sole has not dulled! Make a negative advertisement of the brand you represent.Therefore, please analyze the shoe when you have it in front of you.Only then decide if I'm right!Thank you!
