I ordered a pair of sandals on the website, I contacted them to change the size and they told me that it would be resolved, that they would talk to the workshop. The sandals arrived, the wrong size. I contacted them again, to make the right size for me and to retune these, telling them that it is urgent, that I need them by date X and them confirming that they will put them into production urgently. The date was made and no sign of the sandals - when I contacted them they said they would send them to me when they were ready. People do not understand what business they are in.I had to return the sandals and they told me that they will contact me when they return from a fair. I contacted them because they forgot me. And the return is made on my own money, I have to call and pay the courier. Absolutely disappointing.I don't want to generalize, but these experiences make me no longer want to order from Romanians. I ordered dresses from Chinese designers who went out of their way to deliver to me on time, the Romanians, unfortunately, don't do that, they only pretend to be kind but they are not able to solve your problem.
