I ordered two spectacles with progressive lenses and everything (from prescribing the spectacles to their delivery) has been professionally performed. Actually, the former spectacles, three years ago, were also made at Optiblu Baneasa, supported by Mr Pestritu, this is the reason I came back now.As a suggestion, Optiblu contact to Essilor should be re-established allowing progressive lenses related measurements to be performed at Optiblu sites

I have bought several glasses from Optiblu in the past. The receptionist asked the technician, and he refused to do the repair, on the grounds that "he has a lot of work". He did not want to do the repair later, on the same day, or make an appointment for another day, requesting "let's stop by" so that maybe we can find him available. I asked him to verify that I am a customer with multiple purchases from Optiblu. I was told that it doesn't matter, the colleague is busy. Such behaviors show a lack of common sense.

Surpriza. nu exista o politica de retur, se face o sesizare la care primesti raspuns dupa o perioada. Am facut sesizarea si raspunsul a fost ca nu se pot returna banii asadar sunt in posesia unei perechi de ochelari care nu pot fi purtati si nici returnati. Rusine Optiblue! Voi vorbi cu un avocat pentru a vedea in detaliu ce drepturi am la achizitia unui produs.

J E: Worst shop ever. Beware that they don’t have a return policy in stores. I wanted to return a pair of glasses because of the cheap quality and incomplete set for which I payed more than 200€, the pack came without a proof that the frames are original, the cloth had no logo and seemed used and the case had the cheapest quality ever with the writing fading away. The staff wanted to make me confused about the whole process of returning and convinced me to send them to the service even if they didn’t needed a fix. And in the end they made me feel really disrespected as a customer and refused to give me my money back even if I had returned the product in 2 days after purchasing. They told me to ask for my rights elsewhere.
