Ciprian Drago: Laurentiu este un manager incompetent. Am cumparat niste blugi care aveau pe eticheta un pret cu 40% mai mic decat valoarea lor la casa de marcat. I-am atras atentia ca legea spune ca trebuie sa imi vanda produsul cu suma afisata la raft. S-a contrazis cu mine de fata cu clientii, fara sa-si ceara scuze.Am facut reclamatie la Protectia consumatorului. Am primit raspuns ca am dreptate. Am mers la magazin sa primesc diferenta de bani. Era tot el acolo, "managerul" . Nici de data aceasta nu si-a cerut scuze desi i-am spus ca am pierdut timp si energie din cauza lui.Nu stiu de ce cumparam de la aceste magazine de masa ca sa-i imbogatim pe straini!? De ce nu cumparam produse romanesti?Nu este prima data cand mi se intampla sa cumpar de la Inditex produse care au alt pret la raft decat cel real....Procedura de reclamatie ptr astfel de situatii este simpla. Va indemn sa faceti la fel. Nu ii lasati sa va insele. PRETUL AFISAT LA RAFT TREBUIE SA FIE CEL PE CARE IL PLATITI PENTRU ACEL PRODUS!!

Alexandru Bordincel: The employees, if they could have a different attitude with the customers, you ask them for help and they answer you from above and they don't even show interest in helping you. She's probably the store manager, "uniform", she's wearing beige pants, good luck with the colleagues in blue because they know how to behave with customers. Ioana Pascu: I tried to return an item and they told me I had to exchange it and couldn't get my money back. When my friend tried to return it for me, he was able to.
