Razvan The King: I have a 67 cm Samsonite whose wheel was lost in the airport hold, only the axle remained.I sent an email with a picture of the model and the wheel, and they gave me a rather difficult answer that it can no longer be repaired, that they no longer have wheels of that model.The troller looks very good otherwise, but it is difficult to use in 3 wheels.I was disappointed by the disinterest shown.
Sebastian Rusu: Pathetic service and the phone number from the service is filled out as no one answers. When they finally answered me from a showroom number, they said that the product has not yet left their showroom and will leave when the driver arrives with the goods. I called the number given by the colleagues in the showroom of someone from the service, telling them that I also sent an email with the defective product before I left it at the service and that they did not answer and the reply was that the email from PV would be answered at the moment in which the product will arrive in service, otherwise no one answers the mail. A faulty customer relations system. I will not order anything from this company again. SHAME!!!!
Teodora-Irina Burtescu: You have the most pathetic customer relations system I have ever had the misfortune of needing to use.I have been trying to repair a suitcase for several weeks. On the warranty it says that the pickup is made from Cora Pantelimon, I went there to discover that the store no longer exists. I searched on your website, it sent me to Strada Libertatii no. 10 where, surprise, that store doesn't exist either. I went to the nearest Samsonite store where a dizzy man told me to come back with the suitcase as he could pick it up from there. A day later in the same store, a lady sent me all the way to Cernica to an address that is nowhere to be found on the website or in the warranty.I called the service number: surprise - the subscriber's phone is switched off.Better buy the suitcase from Auchan for 100 lei.
Gabi Costache: Non-existent service, no one answers the e-mail address and the phone is non-existent. I advise you to choose another brand of bags and trollers. Shame on Samsonite Romania.
Florin SANDU: They don't have a program displayed either on the door at the entrance to the service center or on the website.
Cezar Oprea: Terrible customer service! If you have problems with the products under warranty, no one will really care about you. They didn't even display the schedule on the store. I am absolutely under any criticism. Too bad for this brand, which is represented in Romania by an inexperienced entrepreneur.
Jaime Barón A-T: I've trying since mid February 2021 to fix a broken wheel of a luggage I've bought in January. They've ask me to write to an email (service@****em.ro) who never answer. I have already written 3. Now the lady of the shops is no answering my telephone calls. This technical service leaves Samsonite in question. If Samsonite does not respond with a good technical service it becomes a bad recommendation
