Piotr: The place is ok but totally overpriced. The food is good but just good. And I now also realised that they have included a tip on my bill without my knowledge. I already saw other opinions posted on this place saying the same. The owner replied this was a mistake and not their practice. Apparently, this is their dishonest practice. I do not recommend this place at all!

Adelina Sandu: I chose this place based on the reviews. I say with disappointment that the score of 4.3 does not reflect reality. Maybe the food is good, but unfortunately we didn't get to that point. We ordered something to drink and asked the waiter to leave us the food menu, not having decided what we want to order yet. The waiter's answer was that he can't leave the menu on the table because it doesn't look nice and there is a risk of it getting stained, so he took it from us. I do not recommend this place because of the staff.

Stephen LACAZE: We had an unfortunate experience in this establishment, which would seem to be (based on other reviews) unusual, but nonetheless, I can only rate on what I experienced .It had obviously been a busy night, but one that the hotel knew was coming. Either the cafe was understaffed or disorganised, but lots of empty tables still had dirty dishes on them.After eventually being seated, another delay , even though we knew exactly what we wanted to order.The order was placed ... And the real waiting began ! Over an hour from seating to eating !As if to add injury to insult, serving size was very inconsistent, with a large seafood risotto looking significantly smaller than a small chicken risotto. Some tables get bread ... Some don't ... Who knows why ?Mercifully, the food was actually of a high standard, well presented and reasonably priced !

After I don't receive the package on time, over the phone a lady who doesn't know how to talk on the phone puts the blame on the customer and hangs up on me without a solution. It is not my fault that you work with a poor courier, it is not my fault that you have errors in the system. I paid for a product and I'm waiting to receive it, not to be mocked on the phone by a woman who doesn't understand that she doesn't work with animals, but with people. I'm ready to make an official complaint, you can't make fun of customers, on their money. It's 2020 and we want quality service, are we asking too much?

Adriana Bogza: I’ve been here several times and I come back happily - the service is great, the staff pays a lot of attention to the customers, I’ve seen them recommend very good wines for different tastes, they are always very on point with the service, with the glasses refill and things like this. I’ve tried both the cheese and charcuterie platers and all sorts of snacks that go well with wine and they are very tasty. In my most recent outing there they had a special evening with sushi & wine and it was an interesting touch. I still prefer the normal cheese platters to go with wine, but this was something out of the ordinary. The place looks good too, with all sorts of bottles of wines on the walls, normal and high tables and a nice bar. Would definitely recommend the place.

The waiters explained to us the best wine to be served according to our fussy tastes and what snacks would gi hand in hand with it.The place is nearby the city center, so its prices are very high, but the experience is unique.
