Sahal Khoshhal: English-speaking tour date was 4 Dec 2022.The tour guide was horrible. Unprofessional, rude, misinforming, dishonest and disorganized person. Examples:1. At the begining of the tour, one client didn't show up in the location, she called him to find out that he was still in his hotel. She told him "wait in your hotel and we will come to pick you up"!! The whole group wasted their time to give a five-star service for the late person. Unprofessional.2. At Peles castle, I opted not to get inside the castle. She asked me to stay in the nearby cafe until the group finish their tour, and she will call me once they finish. She didn't, she totally forgot about me. Someone reminded her about a missing person, only then she called me to catch up the bus. Surprisingly, she put a blame on me for choosing not to buy a ticket and go inside the castle with the group. Disorganized, dishonest and rude.3. In Brasov, she misinformed the group about having the option of getting cable car to the top of the hill. Some people went to the cable car station and found it closed for the day. Misinforming.And the list goes on and on.I gave extra star for the excellent minibus (Mercedes). Apparently, the company cares about tourists but some of the staff don't.Not recommended. Look for another tour company.

Jose Checa: Fuimos con ellos a través de civitatis, a la excursión de los castillos de Peles y Bran, a pesar de que Flor intentó hacer su trabajo lo mejor posible, hubieron una serie de factores que no ayudaron, sobre todo las prisas del chófer del bus, para luego dejarnos en Sinaia 45 minutos esperando a bajo cero.A mi parecer son cosas a tener en cuenta y si no se puede ver todo en una excursión pues dividirla en 2.Remarcar la gestión del castillo de Peles, que después de pagar la entrada, encima si quieres fotos 35 leí más?? Y corriendo para que no se junten los grupos, o se cobra más y con reserva y el tiempo que toca con fotos, o no sé hace la excursión, es mi opinión, porque es un lugar maravilloso.

I was there in the Christmas time so there were terrible traffic we scheduled to come back in Bucharest at 20:00 but we arrived 23:30, well festive times we have to accept that important thing is the driver was very safe and guide was very good!
