David Han: I've been on vacation/holiday for about three weeks and had been craving soup or noodles for the past week. Just yesterday, I had gotten off a 14 hour tour and stepped off the bus into a crazy summer rain storm. Running back to my hotel, I was soaked to the bone when I passed this restaurant. I immediately debated running back to the restaurant to wait out the rain and enjoy a hot bowl of pho, but I was already completely soaked through and I knew I wouldn't enjoy the experience. I was determined to come back the next day to enjoy a hot bowl of pho. However, my day ran long and I made it into the restaurant at 9:25 pm. I was about to take a seat when the host makes a hand gesture that they are closed. I walk over and he said the kitchen closes at 9:30. I said it's 9:25 now and I would just like to order a pho dac biet. Generally, it takes 2 minutes to construct a bowl and serve. Still the host said it wouldn't be possible. He said I could order take out. This response is super questionable, the kitchen can still cook food for me to take away, but not for me to sit and eat? The amount of time it takes to "cook" is exactly the same. However, the experience and quality would not be the same. A 10 minute walk with pho soaking up all the soup, getting soggy, and cold does not sound appealing. Super disappointed. Will not make an effort to return to a restaurant not interested in my business.

Murugesh Naidu: Decided to grab lunch today and ventured into this place. The waiter - a thin Asian looking young gentleman - seemed a bit miffed with me from the get go. I’m not sure if my questions for the menu or where to sit ticked him off. Anyways as I sat down and ordered, he had a man arrogant look in his face. I asked him for lychee juice and they didn’t have it in stock. So I asked him for a cold Vietnamese coffee with less ice. He gave me an unbelievably rude look and then a smirk. The coffee came laden with ice. I’m not sure if he put extra ice just to spite me :). Anyways coffee wasn’t bad so maybe he made the right decision for me. I just wish he was a bit nice about it. I placed an order of the pork meatballs as starter and then took some time to look for main food. 2 mins in I politely enquirer if it’s possible to switch my meatballs with another order. I got a RUDE NOT POSSIBLE. Oh well..I can understand. Meatballs were good but a bit dry. Chicken pho soup was good but I didn’t see the mushrooms on top they so prominently showed in the picture. So all in all, food was ok but service definitely can be worked on. Either ways, I’m grateful and thankful for my meal at this place and the people that made it.

He wanted to buy one for each, but the worker said to firstly finish the portion we paid for and then if we were still hungry we can order one more. He refused to take our money for a second portion, knowing that just one is big enough for both of us, and we really appreciated it. It's rare to see that nowadays :)The soup had almost 1kg and it costed only 32 lei. Thats a great price! The taste was really good. He asked if we like spicy food and gave us a spicy sauce on the house so we can mix it in the broth.He gave us one more bowl so we can divide the soup. Codrin Ghindoc: I ordered my takeaway Beef Pho Soup and Bamboo Beef Rice from Sun Plaza. The food was quite good and substantial with portions large enough to fill you up.
