The lady insisted that to would take two loads to dry 1 load of wash. I agreed to 2 loads at 20 min but was charged for 2 loads for 40 min anyhow. To add insult to injury, the laundry was less dry than 1 @20 min cycle for the same load of laundry at the EasyWash Gare de Nord. @ Easywash, my clothes ended up cleaner and dryer for 25 lei total versus frustration and not completely dried clothes for 63 lei, although I had to fold my old laundry. it would have been well worth it to avoid the ickiness that was created by my interactions with this lady. There are other options like Washescu as well. To young entrepreneurs who are in need of business ideas, laundromats in centrally located areas of Sofia and Bucharest are essentially needed. Combine them with other businesses like cafes and hostels, they will keep you busy.
