stella roncea: Sâmbătă am fost la salon pentru tuns și keratină. Programare a fost făcută de o prietenă, în urmă cu aproape o lună. La confirmare ni s-a spus că nu au timp pt keratină deci cel mai probabil va fi doar tuns și am zis okay. După am fost sunate să venim mai târziu și vor avea timp și pt botox/ keratină. Totul a fost foarte grăbit de la început, când am ajuns mai erau 2 cliente. Pt tuns i-am arătat că vreau mai jos de umeri, asimetric, mai lung în față, eu având părul până la jumătatea spatelui. Mi-am dat ochelarii jos, nu am văzut unde a pus foarfeca în spate și a tăiat repede în dreptul bărbiei. A spus că va îndrepta după keratina, rămând multe fire lungi. Asimetria nu a fost respectată, fiind tuns drept din spate până în față. Nu am zis nimic pt că deja era tăiat și nu poate fi lipit înapoi, încercam să mă obișnuiesc, nefiind prima dată când mi se întâmplă asta la un salon. Pt keratină a venit altă fată și de la îndreptatul cu placa m-am ales cu 4 arsuri pe scalp. Această fată nu știe să folosească placa okay sau în siguranță. La final s-a întors să termine tunsoarea și încă am fire mai lungi, m-a întrebat dacă vreau să îmi ia din lungimea părului din spate ca să fie mai lung în față...În tot acest timp au mai venit alte 2 fete pt coafat. Dacă aveți prea multe comenzi, refuzați din ele și puneți-le în altă zi sau mai angajați un alt hair stylist, nu mai puneți fata de la masaj să facă părul pt că e o singură fată la coafat. (această conversație a avut loc și între angajate în salon). Penultima keratină, la fel am avut o experiență neplăcută dar am zis acum să încerc pe altă fată.Edit: Pozele nu pot fi postate de aici. Le-am trimis salonului, au evitat arsura spunând doar: corect, tunsoarea nu este okay. 1) Am întârziat 15m din cauza traficului f aglomerat, 1h în loc 30m cât făceam de obicei. 2) Noi NU AM INSISTAT deloc, am întrebat de mai multe dacă este loc și am fost de acord să fie doar tuns pt mine. Voi ați sunat și ați spus că da și tratament dacă venim mai târziu cu 1h. 3) Zonele roșii de pe scalp au aparat după ce keratina a fost pusă, Mirela a șters-o și a venit din spate cu acea cremă, un vârf de deget și fugit înapoi repede. Nu știam că se plătește vârful de deget, dar wow fix pt asta nu aveam bani...doar venisem la coafor pregătită să las sute de lei...4) Nu am plecat mulțumită, de aceea nici nu voi mai veni vreodată.

Nu au niciun fel de treaba cu ce este pe site sau ce ti se comunica telefonic(desi am inteles ca este un pret estimativ, totusi sa depaseasca pretul estimativ cu 400 de lei e grav). In primul rand socoteala ti-o face pe hartie, domnul care s-a ocupat de vopsitul parului meu baga preturile din burta(scuzati-mi expresia). Un simplu exemplu, am parul mediu, pe site scrie ca decolorarea la parul extra lung ajunge la 400 de lei, eh domnul mi-a pus 500. A scris ca a folosit un tub jumate de vopsea, cand eu cu ochii mei am vazut ca a folosit 3/4 dintr-un tub si 1/3 din altul, deci un singur tub. Se plateste separat pana si spalarea( a pus-o de doua ori, o data dupa decolorare, a doua oara dupa vopsit-culmea era sa ma lasa asa cu vopseaua😂). Parul intr-adevar a iesit bine, dar nu inteleg de unde preturile acestea, cand ultima data cand am fost la ei am dat maxim 400 de lei, nu 800 ca acum. Cu parere de rau, va paste o reclamatie la ANPC.Pacat, era salonul meu de suflet unde veneam pentru vopsit, tuns si tratamente cu keratina. Nu recomand sub nicio forma.
