Raluca: I scheduled an appointment with one of their designers, as they market on the website. Had an one hour discussion, gave photos and info on the space I had and what I wanted. The designer said she would get back to me in 2 days with a design suggestion and furniture items they suggest from what they are selling. After one week, I asked about the status via whatsapp. She said she would speak with the people from the furniture department and get back to me. Asked again later on. Never heard from her again. I would have not expected that :)) At least I didn't spend any money, it was just a free waste of time..
