Alexandru Constantin: I collaborated very well with Uberhouse, the team is young and was very responsive to all my requests, they understood very quickly and clearly what I wanted, they quickly came up with proposals and the execution time of the project was more than reasonable. The documentation was complete, I had no problem obtaining the building permit.
Constantin Busuioc: Absolutely pathetic! Besides the fact that they work expensively, they are extremely unserious. The contract was signed at the beginning of March, it's almost September and we don't know anything about the status of the project. The communication is disastrous, at first they tell you that they take care of the approvals, then you know, actually you. An engineer from their company suggested that I go dig next to the house that is to be demolished to check the depth of the foundation, under the conditions that we pay a premium price that includes technical expertise. The only occasions when I was contacted by them was when they sent me invoices, which I promptly paid. I am shocked to see that they have positive reviews, probably many of them are paid or fake. This mistake will cost us dearly, probably an extra year of postponing the construction of the house. There are many other serious and professional architecture offices. This is not among them.

Stefan Rustin: Am semnat contractul pentru demolare și proiect casa noua la sfârșit de februarie și am predat certificatul de urbanism la jumătatea luni aprilie și la jumătatea lui iunie numai fost capabili să predea documentația de demolare. Cat despre seriozitate domnul Dan Simion după trei telefoane in care s-a scuzat că este cu un client sau că este în ședință a spus că mă sună în 10 minute și au trecut 3 săptămâni. Datorita întârzieri foarte mari voi amână construcția casei cu un an.
