Κώστας Κουτρουμπάκης: Το χειρότερο σημείο για να πάρει κανείς αυτοκίνητο.Ο υπάλληλος αγενής μέχρι του σημείου να βρίζει τους πελάτεςΤο Σάββατο 1/7/2023 το πρωί κι ενώ περιμέναμε να παραλάβουμε το όχημα μας ,προσήλθε στο desk ένας πελάτης για να επιστρέψει όχημα. Ο υπάλληλος αφού εξήγησε ότι είναι μόνος του , επέπληξε τον άνθρωπο γιατί έφερε το όχημα μπροστά στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου. Ακολούθως κι ενώ απομακρύνθηκε ο πελάτης για να εξυπηρετήσει εμάς , τον έβρισε και γέλασε μπροστά μας.Ε λοιπόν την ίδια τύχη είχαμε κι εμείς την επόμενη μέρα κατά την επιστροφή του δικού μας οχήματος.Πληροφοριακά την Κυριακή το πρωί στις 2/7/2023 το κέντρο του Βουκουρεστίου είχε κλειστούς δρόμους λόγω εκδηλώσεων με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορούμε να προσεγγίσουμε το χώρο παράδοσης.Περιμένω σίγουρα εξηγήσεις από την εταιρεία για την ανάρμοστη συμπεριφορά, την έλλειψη προσωπικού παρά την αυξημένη κίνηση και περιμένω να δω πως θα εξελιχθεί η πίστωση των χρημάτων από την εγγύηση του οχήματος.Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά, αντιτουριστική και απορίας άξιο πώς είναι δυνατόν να συμβαίνουν αυτά στο χώρο ενός ξενοδοχείου πέντε αστέρων.Διαμαρτύρομαι πάρα πολύ έντονα!!!!!!
Michael Yudovin: לא מומלץ לקחת מהסניף הזה,במיוחד בסופי שבוע,יש רק נציג אחד שמוסר (זמן שלקח לקבל רכב יותר משעה)ומקבל את רכבים,נציג היה מאוד עצבני וכועס.שוב תחשבו פעמיים לפי שלוקחים מסניף הזה.גם חשוב לציין שקבלתי רכב משודרג שעל זה תודה רבה.

At first it wall fine but for a one day rent that was 40$ they blocked 720$ from my bank account that was going to be unblocked when I returned the car as an insurance. When I did they said it will be unblocked immediately. After 2 days nothing happened and I started calling but they said it has already been done and they were rude.Long story short, one month later and after many emails my bank called them and the answer was "we forgot it" and we will unblocked immediately. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Sheldon Muchmore: Rented a car on the 27th of December and when we went to collect it, we were told that my friend's debit card was not valid, despite it being from the main bank of Malta.My HSBC debit card was considered valid, but was not allowed because it was not in the driver's name.We have rented in Greece, Croatia, and Serbia with no issues, so no idea why it was an issue in Romania.Use anyone but Sixt in Bucharest.

Au incercat sa negocieze , sa stabileasca dupa ureche , de fata cu mine , depozitul pt masina , in conditiile in care am optat pt asigurare full cu 0 franchise fee. Nick Sutcliffe: Bad experience on the front end renting from AutoUnion in Sibiu (be aware, "Auto Union" is "Payless Car Rental"), yet dropoff at Payless was easy and no additional charges. Below is the review I left for the Sibiu AutoUnion Location.We read horrible reviews about Payless in Bucharest (Șoseaua Pipera 26, București), so decided to pay $50 more for Auto Union via DiscoverCars (online broker). Upon arrival in Sibiu, we received a Payless branded car, then they required an International Drivers Permit or pay for their full coverage at 20 euro/day, which was three times more expensive than DiscoverCars full coverage (which DC did refund). DiscoverCar said no Int DL would be required... In addition, somehow they charged a horrific exchange rate, 2600 RON resulted in a $570 dollar charge on my credit card when it should have been close to $530 based on current exchange rates.In summary, go with Payless Car Rental, get the lower teaser rate, and expect to be upcharged for insurance. Other than that, car was clean, comfortable, and dropoff in Bucharest was easy with no additional charges.

Finally, we payed for the car 100 euros more than the website and our contract said. It's a big difference that I don't know how to reclaim. לוי יצחק כץ: Like any Romanian car rental company, you can fall with an employee who tries to sting the customer with a few tens of euros....I took a car from them for a few days at an exorbitant price when the payment was in advance, I got an old car and not clean at all.When I returned the tool they started accusing me because I ate in the car and that I have to pay a fine of 60 euros, and all this based on some crumbs they saw in the car and another very small line in the corner of the contract.I spoke with someone who knows the Romanian souls (his name in Israel is Nimrod, a very good man who helps everyone). He strongly claimed that it was a sting.....I left the branch without payment with the promise of an Israeli agent that he would help me in case and they would decide to charge the credit card....Can't recommend this company.You should try other companies.

Igor González Llona: Una estafa.Tras haber pagado previamente una reserva que hicimos a través de Auto Europe, al llegar a la oficina, no nos entregaron ningún coche aludiendo a que en el contrato ponía que no eran válidas tarjetas de débito. Sin darnos ninguna otra alternativa (ni pago de fianza en efectivo ni con nuestra tarjeta), tuvimos que alquilar el coche con otra compañía y se niegan a devolvernos el dinero.Hemos reclamado tanto a Payless como a Auto Europe, pero ambos se niegan al reembolso. Ahora estamos en trámites con la Oficina del Consumidor para recuperar el dinero.
