Alexandra Ciobanu: I went with my friend for the Monday class at 7:30PM with Marina. I enjoyed the instructor's flow and asanas. The 3 stars is for the yoga community i found at this specific class - not sure if all the others are the same. When i go to a yoga class, i am looking for yoga as meditative practice and a way of slowing down, going inwards and focusing on my own flow.My favorite teacher used to say "It's not about the pose, is what you put in the pose".This particular class felt like an interactive stretching/pillates class, where participants were making jokes, making fun whenever a pose was a bit more challening and overall just too much talking. When the instructor asked me how it was for me, i was told bluntly "this is how the Monday group is, they are a little spoiled because they know each other". Suddenly i felt like the outsider there and almost felt it was my fault i came on the wrong day. It all depends what are you looking for, if interaction and socializing is what you're going for, then the Monday class will be great for you.My suggestion would be to let people know what are the guidelines before starting the class :)I heard very good things about Sambodhi before, i will not be going back - i appreciate a yoga studio that knows how to create a grounded community around the practice of yoga.

The flexibility of the classes helped me a lot because if you work until 5-6 p.m., it's not easy to find yoga classes to attend, and especially yoga classes in the true sense of the word.I have participated in yoga sessions at different gyms and studios, but so far I have not found a place to return to with so much love. I really appreciate the coziness of the studio and that feeling of peace you get when you go there, even for the first time.I recommend from the bottom of my heart 🌻

The energy created around there is nothing but pure bliss and enlightenment.The people coming there and the facilitators are kind, open and willing to provide help or support to all the other participants.The facilitators are mostly freelancers so the bookings are made with each of them in particular, also the payment, directly to the facilitator.The studio easily reachable by public transport, being at 13 min walk from University metro station.There is also a small room where you can change, but the belongings must be taken with you in the class as there are no lockers.I truly recommend this place for everyone looking for peace and to learn new technics for emotional self management.Hope to see you there :)

It is a place where you can find people coming for the first time but also very experienced practitioners. Roxana Moldoveanu: Love this place that offer different styles of yoga classes. All level are welcomed and guided properly. Outstanding Ashtanga Yoga School. The standard of teaching is exceptionally high. Adriana is among the best yoga instructors that I met in 15 years of practice. The other teachers are also amazing.

IRINA ARSENE: I am a beginner, and I found here the right practice for my level. Whether it's Yin, Ashtanga Yoga, Deep stretching, Power yoga, etc., I learn something from all of them and improve my physical and mental condition. Things seem much simpler after practice, all practitioners know this well.

I've been practicing for over 6 years and I can say this is one of the best places in town. We also created a beautiful community between the members.
