Weddings: I had an appointment at the spa yesterday, it is not the first time I come to the spa and I have had therapies in the past with many of your therapists.I saw that where in previous years the therapies cost 200-300 lei, now the same therapy costs 500 lei. that would not be the problem, but I expect that these therapists will be "razors" for this money. instead, I met a boy and a girl who, although extremely kind, helpful, etc. they were very careful not to tire. forearm massage 90% of the therapy. Balaure Ioana: Recently, special swimming helmets have been required in the pool area. This change in the regulation was only made known to the users through a text displayed at the entrance to the pool. I think that by the standards to which this gym was considered, categorized as platinum, it was common sense not to find myself sent home as a result of an unannounced rule change. Instead, ironically, my email is bombarded with countless useless messages from them. Lots of money, little respect for customers and their time.

Nothing else just cost saving activity which processed by discrimination . I would put the GM of the company into prison to dedicate enough time for him/her to learn european law!! In any civil country which is a member of european union would need to stop this kind of discrimination immediately! People joining the club are committing the crime in indirect ways by supporting such an inlegal company to survive!

Cosmin Tilea: Around 9 pm yesterday I found extremely dirty floors in the men shower area, very cloudy pool water (u cannot see more than 1m underwater) and hair remains on the bottom of the pool. Never seen a pool with such a cloudy water. I've never encountered this problem in any other WC clubs in Bucharest. This club must be properly cleaned and maintained!

Dan Tudose: I revisited this gym after 8 years and was hoping for the same great experience I had back then. Unfortunately, it was far from it. The place has serious cleanliness issues. Lack of proper ventilation in critical areas (e.g. locker rooms) makes this gym a really stinky place. The smell hits you when entering the reception area and only intensifies going in. Pool area was moderately well maintained, but the water in the pool was cloudy and smelly. The whole pool area is in need of a makeover, it's got poor lighting - some cheap led lights make the whole space look eerie and dark. Pool showers are scalding hot 🔥 and can't be adjusted to anything else rendering them useless. The area around the pool serves also as a storage space for bicycles, pool noodles and broken deck chairs.Locker room was dirty, even though all customers are required to wear shoe protectors from the moment they step into the gym. It also smelled to high heaven, even though it was not particularly crowded.Overall impression is of a gym that has a lot of potential, the location is beautiful, but the facilities leave much to be desired. I think the place needs a serious renovation and/or change of management.

Radu R: A disappointing experience in a crowded and sweltering roomI recently had the opportunity to visit a gym that boasts high quality service, but my experience there was far from pleasant. This hall faced two major problems: overcrowding and stifling heat.From the moment I entered that hall, I was amazed at how crowded it was. It was difficult to find a free place to sit down and feel comfortable. Every nook and cranny seemed occupied and space for movement was limited. This aspect contributed to a rather cramped and stuffy atmosphere, without leaving a feeling of relaxation or pampering.But the biggest problem of this room was the unbearable heat. The temperature was so high you felt like you could barely breathe. The air conditioning was clearly insufficient and unable to cope with the large number of people present. We tried to find cooling solutions such as fans or open windows, but none of these had a significant effect.Unfortunately, this combination of crowding and heat had a negative impact on my experience. The uncomfortable atmosphere prevented me from focusing on training and enjoying my time in the gym. I was unable to achieve my training goals effectively due to constant discomfort.While there may be positives about this gym, such as quality equipment or well-trained instructors, they were overshadowed by the crowding and heat issues. These essential aspects must not be neglected by the hall management, as they significantly affect the customer experience.In conclusion, I was disappointed with this crowded and sweltering room. I recommend its management to take measures to solve these problems, such as increasing the capacity, improving the air conditioning system and ensuring a comfortable environment for all who visit the hall.

Constantin Biril: The club is welcoming and the staff is great. The only downsides are the the lack of oxygen (sometimes you have to leave because of it) and the crowded areas ( too many people in a cramped small place). At peak hours it is quite annoying. Also, the prices are high.
