Codrin: Inițial am dorit să ofer o stea după primele 3 minute de când am ajuns la locație : cu rezervare făcută nu aveam șezlonguri, nu aveam umbrelă și chiar daca erau șezlonguri libere cu umbrelă nu ni s-au oferit, erau pentru "șmecheri" .Dar per total atitudinea angajaților a salvat situația.In continuare situația nu e roz, au un mare deficit de personal și organizarea lasă de dorit. ruxandra p: Wow! I usually do not write reviews but I feel that I have to. We travel from San Francisco to visit family. My kids, both 10, wanted to get out si I found this place. It looks good, nice pools but I felt humiliated. I brought a sandwich for my son, he has dietary restrictions. They saw a little plastic bag in which I carried the sandwich and did not allow me with it inside. They do not have gluten free meals so I could not feed my son. Never heard of anything like this, prices are higher than California but the quality is way behind. Never, ever again! What a shame after paying adult price for kids that are 10 as they are taller than 135 cm... This is why Romania will never get up to a higher standard. Only money but no quality services.

People are allowed to smoke everywhere without special zones ans music is absurdly loud so you have to scream during conversations. Pizza is good, water refreshing and clean and place looks nice but I don't think I will come back there.

Nicu Zaharia: The customer support is terrible. They lack knowledge about the types of massages offered and are extremely rude during the reservation process. Moreover, if you have a voucher, they only provide inconvenient timings. On the other hand, they do offer good services from my perspective. However, due to their poor reservation system and unprofessional manner of interacting with customers, I decided to choose another place.

Corina Dumitriu: Lockers are not enough, pretty crowded in the afternoon or Sunday morning, but even so one could always find a place to park the car, it is super clean and the pool and sauna are great. They even have sunbeds to stay outside and enjoy the sun. It is a very nice Worldclass. It is on my fav list for the pool. Totally worth it.

Although the schedule is until 11:00 p.m., the caretaker comes to the pool and starts pulling the covers at 10:30 and practically sends you to the locker room indirectly (on top of that, he also argues with you). The girls at the reception, in general, don't even bother to say hello, most of them are too busy texting 😀. It's a bad experience overall. The managers of this club should do their job better and tell the employees to at least have common sense with the customers.

Cornel Paun: Very disappointing, I went to this club for the pool.There is mold in the showers area, the lockers are pretty old, it smels like toilet in the pool area.More than that, the facilities are quite poor. No sauna, no jacuzzi. I am not sure why this is a gold club, it should be a silver one.For sure I will not come back again to this club.
Andreea Denisa: One of the best in the city, has all you need for a gym and pool location. The personal from the reception are giving good vibes and are open to answer your requests.
Alexandra Simona Maftei-Itigan: I wanted to sign up, although from previous experiences with other Worldclass gyms, I gave up on ever collaborating with them. I now went to the reviews and noticed that for all the messages in which someone complains, they only get a short "we apologize" and then the person is directed to write the same thing to the email address. It is a total lack of respect towards dissatisfied customers and shows at the same time the faulty organization: they cannot take over the complaint, the paying customer must do something for them to improve their services. It seems that the mood has not changed in terms of personnel, so I will give up the idea of making a subscription there.
