It looks good, nice pools but I felt humiliated. I brought a sandwich for my son, he has dietary restrictions. They saw a little plastic bag in which I carried the sandwich and did not allow me with it inside. They do not have gluten free meals so I could not feed my son. Never heard of anything like this, prices are higher than California but the quality is way behind. Never, ever again! What a shame after paying adult price for kids that are 10 as they are taller than 135 cm... This is why Romania will never get up to a higher standard. Only money but no quality services.

I would change it anytime, if a new gym opened in the neighbourhood, even one twice as expensive. Because of the bellow reasons:- The air conditioning or heating doesn’t work and hasn’t been fixed for 3 years. I always get answers such as someone will come to see it. But never in 3 years has anyone cared.- The showers smell of urine. This is the fault of the people, I guess, nonetheless it is not possible to have a shower.Plus:- The people at the reception are very nice!

Criss: Located in one of the best areas of the city, this place is the best of the Word Class chain in Bucharest, combining the facilities of a gym with those of a wellness center, with sauna, jacuzzi and an indoor swimming pool.
