Stefania Timofte ST: Total dezamagita de experienta service si de achizitia Samsung. Am trimis un telefon in garantie, Samsung galaxy20 FE 5 g, (cost 2600lei) la reparat in garantie, practic i se topise vopseaua si se lipise pe carcasa spate, si i s-a desprins suportul pentru camerele foto iar raspunsul lor a fost: "nu va putem efectua reparatia daca dvs nu achitati contravaloarea dispayul (800lei) ce a suferit un soc mecanic deoarece.... . Practic telefonul e bucati , nu poate fi folosit fara husa. In concluzie, nu recomand Samsung, garantie zero.

Claudia Olteanu: Am cumpărat în urmă cu o lună un S21 FE Și mă îndoiesc de achiziția făcută, dar pentru precomanda modelului S22 ultra pot fi sigur că a fost o alegere foarte proastă, despre produs nu pot spune încă nimic, dar am foarte mari dubii datorită strategiei Samsung, ce nu renunță la vechile tertipuri , mare lansare mare, invitații, disconturi, prezentări, rezervări, precomenzi, ...vine și ziua marii lansări, prima hibă dispare discountul, dar sa compensat cu căștile, pe lângă faptul că pe alte saituri a apărut la un preț mai mic,nu cu mult dar era o diferență, primesc mail cu livrare după dată de 25, toate ok, miercuri am făcut precomanda, Iar azi duminică ajung în Băneasa, Telefonul expus! Cu un frumos mesaj Fă o precomandă acum, Și vei avea livrare înainte de 25, curiozitatea mă împinge să întreb, și ce să vedeți ei aveau livrare între 17 și 20 februarie, după ce le am explicat că am făcut precomandă, mi se recomandă să anulez precomanda si să comand de la ei, foarte frumos și elegant, ca urmare voi ține telefonul 13 zile și îl voi returna! Motivul va fi neîncrederea față de Samsung, mă voi întoarce din nou la HTC sau voi rămâne, în ultimul timp le-au făcut și ei proaste dar măcar sunt încă serioși,

De ce m-a pasat Samsung la indivizii astia, fara sa ma anunte in prealabil, nu am idee. De s-ar asocia o firma ca Samsung cu niste incompetenti de genul asta?De ce ajung unii ca astia sa iti manipuleze bunurile si sa ia comision din cumparaturile tale fara sa te intrebe nimeni?Nu recomand, nu va risipiti timpul.

John Do not add this: Bought a Samsung fridge and I am not happy with this company. It came sealed and wrapped in plastic, brand new, what universe is this possible in, bent compressor from the factory? how did you even manage that it's a incapsulated thick metal ball, duct tape on the cooling wires (I guess it's not so bad I saw worse), and OFC the pipes don't go trough the obvious plastic holes they are ment to. Machine looks great but unacceptabile craftsmanship! NO QC or incompetent QC. And no I am not hating on samsung I have my phone from them.

K: Updated review (10/Mar/2023)… I visited the orange shop and bought an 8gb sim for 32 RON (about 7 Euro) which comes with a free 60gb of data. Actually I bought the same one last month and when I had run low bought another one.Not all staff members speak English but I’m sure you could get what you need using Google translate.
