Andreea Anton: Yesterday evening, I bought a pair of tightsThis morning, at my place, I noticed that the size is not good and having to go to work, I asked my fiancée to go return the product for me.But the idea is that the saleswomen refused any cooperation, no exchange is possible, no return is possible according to their opinion.But the product was as new, was perfect, the packaging too, so no reason for refusing me these rights.The saleswomen did not warn me at the register that after buying, the return or exchange is not possible. They should have said loud and clear “Please make sure this is your size as we don’t accept any exchanges or returns afterwards”. This is something that in respectable stores happens every single time.This was my first experience with this store and it will certainly be my last one.

I bought a pair of boxers with a Christmas print, at the cashier I was greeted by Mrs. Florentina Vadafu and Tobosaru Violeta, I asked them to put my boxers in a gift bag. Mrs. Florentina took care to list the existing offers in the store, but she forgot to mention the fact that I cannot change the size of the purchased product, as it is clearly a gift to someone. I came back after 2 days in the store and luckily I met Mrs. Florentina, who in a harsh tone and with very little courtesy started to raise her tone to me like, I quote "All customers are compulsorily notified by the staff at the cashier that the underwear cannot be returned", even if it is undamaged or worn, so be careful because being one of the few stores that does not want to change the size of a product in perfect condition, with the tag, unworn, forget it to announce the purchase.
zuzi zu: I bought a product from this store, I asked the seller's opinion about the size and I took what she said was suitable because the sizes differ, the size did not fit me and to exchange for another product I was told that it is not possible, although I brought the product intact, and with receipt...The employees should be better trained regarding the products and the way to approach the customer.I will never return to tezenis stores!

The store sells 95% of underwear... what if it's intact and in the condition in which I bought it... you can't even try it on. They were bought by my mother who did not know exactly what size to buy. Plus, sizes vary from store to store.Shame. Expensive store with phlegmatic employees. He didn't even want to talk to us anymore. And he buried his head in the computer and refused any discussion.I will never buy from this store again. Very disappointed.The return policy is very clear that it can be changed. There is no phone for customer relations.

Will never buy from Tezenis again.I like the products but after the last experience with online shopping I will never buy from TEZENIS again.Even one point is to high for this company.Ordered a few lingerie sets and some other items.Waited for 2 weeks since they announced there may be delaying in transportation.Then I received an e-mail that the order has been shipped back.I tried to chat on the website, USELESS. I wrote e-mails to which they also did not respond. I called a couple of times since this was the only way to get in touch with someone. Awful service, unprofessional workers.They offered a 10% discount for the next order. The items I've selected had a 50% discount.And I am still waiting for my refund.The customer service is on the lowest level.Do not recommend at all.

The store in itself did not have too many options in my opinion and the sizes were pretty limited, many of the clothes there being in L and XL size. Personnel in general was not really eager to help. Pretty bad experience overall
