Elena Dragomir: An experience which started very good and offered me the comfort that I am on good hands finished in a miserable way.A tailored made dress, a trial session with feedback, new measurements, which should have helped them to make the necessary adjustments but…. a totally fail in the end: sleeves too wide, damaged material and a dress impossible to be wear as I could not lift my arms.The fact that they fail to adjust a dress from their showroom on my measures it is not the reason why the experience was miserable for me. The reason is the attitude of the shop assistant (who most probably was one of the owners ) who has no idea what client service, client oriented attitude or manage a feedback from a customer means.The person who should be the first interested to promote a good image of the brand and try to understand the needs of the customer and if there is no way to fulfill the needs, at least explain in a polite way and with client oriented approach, was keep telling me that the dress is absolutely perfect, there is nothing wrong with the material, all dresses with an open back have the same problem, the sleeves were initially too tight therefore now are wide (it sounded exactly like a punishment and it seems they only now to work on extremes: either to tight either too wide) and if I am not satisfied I can receive my money back. That was all! No excuses, no change to try to repair somehow as I was 2 days before the event for it I was buying the dress.Considering the price levels and the quality level of the products they pretend to have, high expectations of the clients in regards to customer experience is something normal, but at Manuri you will not find something like that. You will find an attitude of ordinary dress shops, where you only hear that the dress you try is absolutely perfect…and probably this is what you hear no matter what kind of dress you try. You will not receive any assistance you will just be convinced by any means to buy a dress, unconcerned how bad you look in that dress!No value for money! I do not recommend Manuri!
