tomas gracia: I recommend this place as acommodation when visiting Bucharest. The room was perfect,well equiped,clean and really comfortable. Kitchen and shower were perfect. The staff were really helpful and attentive in the last day as we left luggage as we were flying in the evening. Place is 10 minutes walk from Piata Romana where you can get to the tube and also almost 15 minutes walk from Victoria Street, main artery of the city. All good no complaints at all with the acommodation, also in same area there is few bars and an interesting terrace in a garden nearby.

Ιωάννα Νοταρίδου: Η περιοχή είναι κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά βράδυ δεν κυκλοφορείς άνετα. Μόλις πατάς τον ατελείωτο κωδικό εισόδου περιμένοντας στο δρόμο κ ελπίζοντας να μη σε μαχαιρώσει κανείς τόση ώρα σου έρχεται η μποχα από μούχλα που υπάρχει στο ισόγειο. Αν καταφέρεις να φτάσεις στον όροφο χωρίς να κουτρουβαλησεις από της απουσία φώτων κ να πατήσεις τον επόμενο ατελείωτο κωδικό, είσαι ασφαλής. Παρέβλεψε τις σταγόνες στο κάθισμα του μπάνιου, μάλλον η καθαρίστρια ήθελε να κάνει την ανάγκη της!

George Butunoiu: , însă în rest clădirile sunt complet separate.Amândouă străzile sunt frumoase și înverzite, numai că pe Rosenthal, chiar alături, e un teren viran care arată jalnic acum, face praf toată ambianța pe partea aceea. Dacă se va construi ceva acolo, va lua ani de zile de șantier. Dacă vor face un parc, va lua mult mai puțin. Dar nu cred că va face nimeni niciun parc, după cum știm că merg lucrurile în București…Clădirile One Charles de Gaulle au câte cinci niveluri, cu 33 de apartamente în total, dintre care 4 penthouses, și 55 de locuri în parcarea subterană. Au ultimul etaj retras, pentru o terasă mare, panoramică. Bine concepute și construite, proporțiile, culorile și contrastele foarte bine încadrate în peisaj. Știu că au primit și niște premii pentru design și eficiență energetică. Apartamentele sunt relativ mici, cu 3 și 4 camere și cu suprafețe între 88 și 139 mp utili. Un dezavantaj ar fi înălțimea apartamentelor, care nu prea se încadrează în standardele luxului rezidențial, fiind în zona blocurilor „de masă”.Intrarea, în special, e de remarcat, cu acoperiș lung, până în stradă.Și la fel gardul înalt și compact din arbuști ornamentali. Holurile și spațiile comune sunt destul de înguste, însă, dacă este să ne raportăm tot la standardele luxului rezidențial. Sunt placate cu marmură neagră – culoarea și textura preferată a celor de la One, pe care am găsit-o și la alte clădiri rezidențiale ale lor. Tot din cauza constrângerilor foarte stricte de spațiu, nici parkingul nu este la aceleași standarde. Nu au rampă pentru cei cu dizabilități fizice și scările sunt destul de multe – mai ales la intrarea din Rosenthal. Dar au lift care coboară până în garajul subteran, ceea ce le mai simplifică puțin viața celor în scaune cu roți, însă tot trist și frustrant trebuie să fie pentru ei. E curios de ce nu au făcut această rampă până la urmă, fiindcă la intrarea din rond se vede clar că era proiectată și îi lăsaseră loc in partea stângă a scării. Să fi fost doar un constructor neatent?M-am uitat pe Internet și am văzut că prețurile de la One Charles de Gaulle sunt pe la 6,000€/ mp. Când le-au pus în vânzare în 2016, prețurile erau între 5,000-7,600€/mp. La momentul lansării la vânzare, au fost cea mai scumpă proprietate rezidențială colectivă din București, și foarte probabil și din țară.Piața Charles de Gaulle merită mult mai mult, sper să o revedem revenită la viață. După revoluție, Hergan a construit turnul acela, care pe mine mă deranjează mai puțin decât pe alții. Dar clădirile de la intersecția cu Mareșalul Prezan sau oribilul fost hotel Helvetia nu aveau ce căuta acolo. Și nici să aprobe primăria un atât de prost plan de renovare a clădirii Bauhaus a lui Marcel Iancu! One Charles de Gaulle readuce puțin echilibru urbanistic, însă deloc suficient. Prin urmare, ultimul cuvânt rămâne lui Hagag. Să vedem ce va ieși. Sper ca Nicușor Dan să nu mai aprobe vreodată ce au fost în stare să facă cei de dinaintea lui… (George Butunoiu – martie 2022

We alerted the owner, but we got a reply that he doesnt know about anything, that we can look at the reviews. We ordered the apartment through booking, we completed our accomodation on Saturday and then the owner canceled our reservation, so we cannot give a review on booking.The owner of the apartment rents with the cockroaches completely consciously!!!Noteworthy details: Zamoreno svaby!!!infested with cockroaches!!!

Doru Trofin: As central as possible, clean apartment, nicely furnished, equipped with everything you need for a successful stay. Excellent communication with the owner, very easy check in. For parking, I recommend the Intercontinental parking lot, underground and much cheaper than the municipal one.

Konstantinos D.V.2: The apartment was in the 4th floor..next to the intercontinental hotel..the location is perfect..3-5 minutes walking to the old town.. next to the metro station and bus stop.. the elevator was really fast..in order to enter the building you just need a code..the apartment was comfortable.. very clean and sunny..the price was normal -- low and the guy who helped as to check in was really helpful and on time..if i visit Bucharest again,black and white hotel will be my 1st choice
