Gonzalo García: Cuidado porque la dirección está mal indicada, en realidad es la siguiente calle cortada.Por otro lado, cuidado porque te intentan estafar cuando reservas con una plataforma tipo rentalcars. Ya lo sabíamos porque días atrás habíamos reservado otro coche con una empresa diferente.No te admiten la tarjeta de crédito al llegar, y te dicen que la única solución es reservar de nuevo el seguro con ellos y contratar un segundo conductor, por lo que pagas dos veces y te sale bastante caro. Llamas al banco y confirman que es la propia empresa de alquiler la que está cancelando el pago.Les dijimos que sabíamos que hacían esta jugada, y que queríamos probar una segunda tarjeta de crédito y ya casualmente funcionó. Solución: ir con tiempo y llevar dos tarjetas de crédito.

Claudiu Avram: One of the worst rental car company, Cluj Napoca office. They gave me a lower class car then I've paid for, all dirty and damaged, unsafe to drive with a two years old baby, couldn't drive more then 105km/h because of the excessive shaking and vibrations, warning lights came in to the dash regarding the safety of the tyres.When I've call the manager he ask me to go to a service to balance the wheels and he's gonna pay on my return, such a joke. He didn't bother to discuss about the other problems. Pictures attached! Please avoid this company for your benefit!
Marius ciprian Lupan: Mala experiencia con los Coches en general ni uno bueno de los que me ofrecían, alquilo un Audi A3 y termino con un opel Astra familiar muy sucio. los neumáticos lisos como las ruedas de los F1 cuando les llamo la atención por el estado de los coches se ofenden. Nunca más alquilo con vosotros. al menos esperaba un descuento o una disculpa pero ni eso. Los coches que alquiláis en otros países ni te dejan circular con ellos por seguridad. Aunque sea Rumania ser más responsables y hacer mantenimiento como debe ser a los coches, ya vale que no sean nuevos pero al menos que sean seguros. A mi no me vais a ver más. Green Motion debe cambiar el nombre por “emociones fuertes” .
Jessica Sobek: Terrible experience... they did not have the car we booked ready. We needed to wait a total of 4 hours with no apology or discount. When we received the car it was broken from the previous driver, so after driving down the highway we needed to return to have it fixed because of a loud noise. The car we rented was supposed to be "luxury" category and you couldn't even plug in an aux cord to play music. When we dropped it of they "couldnt find the video/ photos" and tried to blame the damage (THAT THEY FIXED) on me. Luckily I had my own video. Of course they also give you the car wet, so you cannot see all the millions of scratches in the video and also try to blame that on you. No apologies, nothing. Every single experience I had with Green Motion in many locations has been terrible. Will never rent from them again.
Abe Hilding-Salorio: Pretty good experience with these guys. We rented with them directly as they were a fair deal cheaper than other options (about €100 less for a week-long rental). The car was a 6 year old Opel Astra with 140,000 km, so while it certainly wasn’t luxurious, it didn’t have any problems and was ok considering the price (relative to what was available elsewhere). We also didn’t have any problems with the deposit, being forced to buy additional insurance, or anything like that.

JejeAL100: Bad experience stay away from them, when I arrived to finish the procedures for picking up the car I booked they asked me to pay a deposit of 950 euros!! The amount was very high than the rest of the other rental companies, although I agreed, but their payment machine was not working, they told me that my card does not work! I asked to try another card and it also did not work, then I asked him to try another card, he got angry with me and told me that it will be the last card he trye it. I was able to buy some food from the supermarket from the same card, and then I went back to him and asked him to try it and it also did not work, he kicked me out and asked me to sign that my card does not work so that he is not responsible for anything but I refused to kick me out and he gives the car to other people, I went back to Bucharest airport and rented another car from Hertz and I did not face any problems with them, then I drove to them and told them that the problem was from them and not from me, when they saw me,they surprised, but they still denies that they have no problem with their bank machine! He said he would full refund the money, but it has been 3 weeks now that he has not returned the money to me!!! Watch out for them🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

Mauro Oddone: Bad experience, nice staff but very unclear agreements. Full insurance then we took a hole and lost a plastic stud and we were charged 97 euros, for a plastic stud, the whole set cost 51 euros. They fool you by saying that it was written behind the contract, in lowercase, with no indication. No more rental cars, they are only for the rich. Very rejected

Lucian Narita: Just completed a rental from this location, we needed a car cu accommodate our group of 6 people. We received a 2022 Ford Transit in very good shape. The staff was friendly, they were very responsive when calling this location. There were no issues at the rental time and no unnecessary charges. Pedro Diaz: Scammers. I rented a car with my partner and, sadly, we had a little impact on our windshield. We paid for the SUPER collision and damage waiver (which included our collision damage) and still they took from us 650 Euros.We feel totally scammed.

Martin van der burgt: Good service, better if you understand Romanian. Good shuttle service. I got a car with over 100.000 km, but for the price they charge it could not have been a Jaguar . No complaints.
Anthony Huszar: Rented a car for 3 days to see the sights of Transylvania. Pickup was easy. They spoke fluent English and Serba gave me some advice on the route and how to pay for parking etc. I had an issue with the tyre pressure light, but was reassured over the phone when I called it in. Turned out not to be an issue and I returned safely. Check out was easy, a few quick checks and signatures and I was dropped off at the airport. Would happily rent from them again if I return to Romania.

Tom Harrington: Please avoid at all costs – they WILL try to scam you.Read the other views about their scam. Many people are losing their €600 deposit.The scam on pickup: They will try to charge the €600 deposit on your card. Their machine will return an “error” – this is fake. They will tell you your card has stopped working and the way to get around paying the €600 deposit is to buy their insurance through a debit card for €150. I already had full coverage purchased separately, so I refused.After wasting 1+ hour at the check in desk trying to “get my card working” I ended up saying I would just walk away instead of paying their €150 scam. At this point my card starting magically working. Please also note it was 1AM at this point.The man who tried to scam me was about 18. He was extremely impolite and also threatened that “ANY scratch the size of a coin will lose the full €600 deposit, so you should buy our insurance”.Beware of these horrible people. Read the other reviews. The people who did not buy the €150 insurance are still waiting for their €600 deposit back. Do not deal with these scammers.The car itself: we received a car worse than ordered. It had hardly any power.The drop off: we just left the car in a random parking spot in the airport because the employee wasn’t at the office. It felt very sketchy leaving the car in a public car park, unlocked with the key inside.
Leyre Sanchez Escudero: Realicé una reserva con recogida en el aeropuerto de Bucarest Otopeni y entrega en el aeropuerto de Cluj Napoca. En la reserva online se observa un incremento de precio cuando la entrega es en diferente lugar de unos 100€.En nuestro caso, el precio final era de 212€ en los que habíamos pagado la entrega en diferente ubicación y, además, un seguro a todo riesgo. A la hora de la recogida se nos cobra 95€ adicionales en concepto de entrega en diferente ubicación siendo esto no cierto ya que estaba incluido en la tarifa contratada anteriormente. Se discute con el empleado el desacuerdo con esto pero él insiste que si no se paga no se puede sacar el coche del establecimiento haciendo que esta tarifa adicional se imponga de forma obligatoria. De esta forma el precio final no son 212€ si no de 307€, precio que si lo hubiésemos sabido con anterioridad no habríamos realizado el alquiler con esta compañía.Por otro lado, aún habiendo contratado un seguro a todo riesgo con vuestra compañía para evitar malentendidos, se nos obliga también a pagar 600€ en concepto de franquicia por si hubiese algún incidente cuando no era necesario por la existencia del seguro a todo riesgo. Con suerte se nos devolvió dicha cantidad íntegra pero quedó totalmente en evidencia que la contratación del seguro a todo riesgo no servía de nada.A pesar de esto, reclame a la compañía y de forma muy eficiente y rápida me gestionaron la reclamación y en cosa de 24 horas me devolvieron ese dinero que me habían cobrado de más. Así que si teneis algún problema del estilo (que viendo las reseñas creo que es algo habitual) no dudéis en reclamar porque se aprovechan de que eres turista, no entiendes muy bien el idioma y de que las facturas y recibos son super ambiguos.

Juerg Schori: Beim Auto abholen (es war Nacht und dunkel) gab es keine Besichtigung vom Auto. Wir haben selber Fotos vom Auto gemacht weil wir von anderen gewarnt wurden. Wir haben das Auto sauber, ohne Unfall zurück gegeben. Bei der Rückgabe vom Auto, hat der Agent von kleinen Kratzern bei der rechten Stossstange erzählt, welche er uns mit 165 Euro belasten will. Das Auto hatte einen viel grösseren Kratzer bei der Beifahrertür und einen gespaltenen Rückspiegel hinten. Aber von dort hatten wir gute Fotos zum Beweis, bis auf die hintere Stossstange, dort hatten wir kein gutes Foto.Nach längerer Diskussion (20 Minuten) haben wir wider Willen das Schadenformular unterschrieben, weil wir sonst die Kaution von 600 Euro verloren hätten.Ich habe so was noch nie erlebt. Wir sind sicher dass diese Kratzer nie repariert werden, weil das Auto hatte grössere Schäden welche nicht repariert wurden.

Problemhatte ein Upgrade das ich sofort bezahlte jedoch nicht Rückerstattung bekommen hätte, sollte ich es früher zurück geben.3.ProblemAuto musste ausgetauscht werden wegen jährlichen Überprüfung, hatte eine grosse Diskussion weil zu dieser Zeit der Tank nicht voll war.Personal war prinzipiell freundlich jedoch bei dem Gespräch wegen der tankfüllung wurde der Mitarbeiter sehr schnell unfreundlich.

The AddCar representative answered my phone every time I called him, assuring me that he would be at the airport when I arrived. I arrived at 4 in the morning, I was picked up from the airport and taken to the AddCar office where everything went so quickly and easily that I had the car in 20 minutes leaving for my destination. And then when returning the car everything took 5 minutes and we were taken to the airport immediately.I would rent with them again just for the experience I had last time and the pretty good prices!

clément juhel: Je pensais, en louant la voiture que le loueur ne pouvait pas être si terrible, et en réalité il s'avère que oui, même pire. Un endroit à fuir au plus vite.Des loueurs malhonnêtes qui pratique la traditionnelle arnaque à la rayure. Leur stratégie est de vous retenir le plus longtemps possible, sachant que vous avez votre vol ensuite, pour obtenir que vous signez le document de reports de dommages (inexistants ou invisible). Ensuite, le propriétaire se charge de faire une menace classique pour dire que cela risque de coûter cher si on ne signe pas immédiatement.A éviter au plus vite.
Michael Fairman: **** AVOID***** Please avoid this company. Firstly 10 minute walk from terminal. Booked car for 11am on 5th. Arrived at 13:45pm. Have picture of time. Paid a deposit and thought car was ok, I was wrong. Arrived and said its cancelled as i was meant to be there within 2 hours. EVEN THOUGH i showed my booking and states to be within 4 hours!!!!! Which i was. Then said I had to pay more and new rates. Also said i need unlimited milage still as that's what i booked for. Tried to tell me I could not do unlimited. ALL RENTAL offers unlimited as a standard. When he said new price I left. And i went with main company. Avoid this company at all cost.

pitycu dan: "Premium rent a car" but advertised as "NU auto rental" Never again! Hidden fees, whatever insurance you have they will try to force you with their insurance. If not, at the return you will have surprises! At rentals in Bucharest (witch is not at the airport as advertised, the location is about 2 miles from the airport) They found scratches under the car, and they wont release the deposit until you sign for the damage. I had pictures taken by me at the day when I took the car, but they said the pictures are not clear (it shows the scratches clearly) They refused to drive me to the airport because I didn't signed for the damages, and I walked 2 miles on the highway to get to airport. Im suing this company!

Daniel Martin: The staff is great they are polite and very patient . But the company policy is rubbish. They didn’t accept my credit card because my details was printed on the back of the card and not on the front. I was forced to buy their insurance which was very expensive. I paid 500£ to rent the car 2 weeks and 760£ to insure it and they blocked almost 200£ on my card for the interior of the car and for the rims which they said they are not covered by that crazy expensive insurance and they will reimburse after I return the car an the interior and rims are ok.My opinion they are very smart and they find a way to take your money. Please read carefully terms and conditions first.I apologise to the staff for arguing with them for more then 1 hour and for their patience(but they still took my money )

Quando os devolvemos disseram que o tecto de uma das viaturas tinha 3 riscos com 10 centímetros. Os riscos eram superficiais e nem sequer eram visíveis com a sujidade aquando do nosso levantamento. Além o colaborador estagiário foi arrogante connosco. Quiseram ganhar dinheiro connosco por não quisemos accionar o seguro extra. Péssimo serviço.

G Marketos: We recently visited Romania for a 2 week adventure that revolved around exploring the various contrysides and landscapes of the country. We are hikers and love walking on as many trails as possible. This kind of vacation obviously requires a safe, reliable & guaranteed method of transportation. For this we turned to KlassWagen. It was our first experience with this provider and how happy we were to choose them! From the moment we arrived at the office to the moment they shuttled us back to the airport it was pure efficiency. The check-in lasted about 5 minutes, the car was immaculate, returning the car proved to be even smoother and pleasant. Will we choose and recommend KlassWagen again? Of course!! Angel S: Mie mi s-au părut relativ profi, cu toate procedurile de închiriere:- am prins o mașjnă oarecum nouă;- nu știu cum a fost la final, dar verificarea mașinii la începutul perioadei de închiriere a fost ok (desigur că și noi, ca șoferi am fost precauți și am inspectat mașina înainte să o luăm, dar și personalul care ne-a predat-o a fost ok)Am dat doar 3 stele pentru că mi s-au părut prea scumpe taxele pentru:- înregistrarea celui de-al doilea șofer, 60€ (la urma urmei puteam nici să nu declarăm al doilea șofer, dar am zis să fim corecți)- predarea ei în Constanța, pentru care s-au cerut 119€ parcă (în condițiile în care există sigur clienți care vin și pe aeroportul din Constanța și o predau în București)- știu că puține firme bagă la închiriat mașini nemțești, dar cred că m-aș fi simțit mai safe într-o mașină mai fiabilă, însă pentru câte bagaje aveam la 4 persoane nu au avut disponinilă decât o Dacia Jogger.Pe scurt, chiar dacă mi-a plăcut că mașina a fost relativ nouă, pe viitor, dacă ar fi să închiriez, nu cred că aș alege aceeași firmă, în contextul acelorași prețuri cam mari în raport cu ceea ce oferă.

Justin: Enterprise rental. We picked our vehicle up following a significant delay with our flight. Car was ready to go and we were provided a shuttle to the vehicle (2min walk otherwise). Security deposit was placed on card as we opted out of optional insurance. Car was returned with no issues and deposit was removed from the card within two days. I was concerned after reading the previous reviews. However, our experience was seamless.

I was hit in Bucharest and killed! while I was in a hotel! the deposit was 300 euros! now they demand money! and the car was fully insured! and it's scratches and require 300 euros money! the car cost me 85 euros for 2 days fully insured and now they demand money! I put 5 out of 10 company!
Viorel Gabur: My flight was delayed and Alamo offered no help regarding this. They sent me to the company Stressfreecarrental to refund the money I paid. When I called Stressfreecarrental, they sent me back to Alamo. Both ran away from responsibility. I called the Alamo company again, I explained that the Stressfreecarrental company sent me to them for a refund, and again they sent me to Stressfreecarrental. No chance to get your money back!

Formal complaint being made through central Enterprise, hopefully the branding can be removed to stop this sort of behaviour that tarnishes the Enterprise brand.UPDATE 09/05/2023:This topic was "resolved" over the phone on the 25th of March around 19:30. Enterprise Headquarters deemed the charges to be fraudulent and informed me to report them to my bank as fraudulent. The Otopeni office were informed of this by Enterprise HQ directly on the 30th of March. I will remove this review when this is resolved.

Clementina Oliveras: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! After renting our car at the Enterprise in Albania for 19 days we were returning our car at the Enterpise in Romania’s Bucharest airport. We were driving into the rental parking lot when a security guard told us we couldn’t use that entrance and had to drive in further own the road. We went to the next entrance, received a ticket and tried to park in front of the rest of the Enterprise cars. The person at the Enterprise told us we needed to bring the car to where we had first tried to park! He told us to go back and pay for the ticket and bring back the car. We disagreed and said we shouldn’t have to pay anything because it was the security guard who told us to park in the wrong lot. He called his Enterprise manager Eddie Spinu and he completely disregarded what had happened and said the car is your responsability until it is in the right lot so you must pay… This is after I had explained what had just happened….Now our car was stuck in the wrong lot and we would have to pay for 24hrs (the minimum) in that lot. Even worse, the Entreprise staffer called the police and then ganged up on us with the parking staff and the police! There was no customer loyalty at all and instead of helping us, they defended the people who made the mistake and were not their customers. It was horrible to finish our trip to Romania a country we had really enjoyed with such an unfair story. The Enterprise people in Romania definitely proved that their customers are NOT their priority. Very sad.

I drove to Brasov some 3 hrs away and returned the car the following week. The drop off also went nice and smoothly. Great quality car. Every interaction from the staff was great. Highly recommended.
Silvia: Todo fácil y nos dieron un coche cómodo y prácticamente nuevo. Nuestro problema fue que queríamos alquilarlo solo un día para ir a Transilvania pero queríamos un alquiler a todo riesgo y sin fianza. Nos dijeron que con esas condiciones teníamos que alquilar 3 días mínimo. Las condiciones del depósito en el contrato eran lleno-lleno y, al entregarnos el coche, era 3/4 orientativo a 3/4 orientativo por lo que siempre salen ganando combustible.
