Although I appreciate very much the food quality and the dishes the restaurant is offering, everytime I order food, they miss to add products that are payed and showed in the fiscal receipt. This is unacceptable!!! The fact that this happens everytime I order food, makes me think they are doing it on purpose!!! Also, the response when you call to announce you are missing products from your order is very bad, they suggest to make another order to buy something extra. They duggest to clients to buy something else, instead of apologizing and fixing their mistake! I am very angry! Who manages this restaurant must make an inquiry related to the persons who prepare the packages for delieveries and think about losing customers! I will also notify the Protection of Consumers if no measure will be taken!
