So it is not open in the summer !!Which ruined one of our two nights out as tourists in Bucharest.Calling them up front to check if they are open is of no use as the message is that the line is bussy.I would not know how to know for sure if this club is open or not, so to be on the save side; don't go there at all.

Tavi Cristea: We called to make a reservation for the pool which they confirmed for 2 adults and one baby. Upon coming to the door, we were told they don't take reservations for the pool anymore. This was very annoying, as we had brought the baby along, with the pushchair and everything, and planned our day and just had to leave. The situation did not arise from a language barrier, as I am a native Romania speaker. The staff were not very polite and did nothing to try to help the situation or find out what had happened. Florentin Crețu: My personal experience with this place: arrived on a friday around 11:00, and after a 10’ queue we went inside. All day ticket is 32€ (160 RON); you get a bracelet and access to a locker. There are a little cheaper tickets for 4 1/2 hours. We brought our own towels and peshtemals for sauna. There are towels to lend at reception anyhow. No segregation of genres at the wardrobe.Inside there are some pools, bars, restaurants and a children’s area (Galaxy). The main pool has all sorts of water treatments like water jets, jacuzzi, whirlpool etc. It has an extension outside, for fresh air, basically with the same instalations. Crowded? Yes, and a lot of foreign tourists - israelis, italians, poles, bulgarians, ukrainians etc. Noisy? Yes of course, and the children’s area even more. Is it worth it? Yes, the saunas have a good schedule of either infusions or the nordic counterpart-aufguss. Nice and dedicated personnel, maybe overwhelmed at times, but doing the best they can. The sauna “events” are well indicated and it is better to arrive a few minutes earlier to be sure that you’ll catch a place. Compliments to Carmen and Andrei, very professional and with good English ability.The Therme can be reached by car/taxi/Uber or even by public transport (442 bus line), even if the latter is cumbersome and slow.As compared to the Austrian spas, which I used to frequent, there is certainly a step back, but for Romania a definite step forward.

Balaure Ioana: Recently, special swimming helmets have been required in the pool area. This change in the regulation was only made known to the users through a text displayed at the entrance to the pool. Instead, ironically, my email is bombarded with countless useless messages from them. Lots of money, little respect for customers and their time.

In any civil country which is a member of european union would need to stop this kind of discrimination immediately! People joining the club are committing the crime in indirect ways by supporting such an inlegal company to survive!

Maciej Łuczak: 150 RON sounds like a premium experience but that's not the reality unfortunately. People are allowed to smoke everywhere without special zones ans music is absurdly loud so you have to scream during conversations. Pizza is good, water refreshing and clean and place looks nice but I don't think I will come back there.
Dorin Dorobantu: For 150 ron per person: no service, no umbrella, no towel. Horrible, I haven't been to such a weak pool since I went to the beach as a child. I gave 2 stars just for the music.
