    Adina Macovei: I recently bought a pair of sneakers from Adidas Mega Mall, worth 1000 lei. I mention the price because I tried to exchange them for a slightly larger size a few days later and they refused to do it. I wore them for a few hours because otherwise I wouldn't have realized how uncomfortable it is for my left leg. They refused to change them even though the sneakers were clean. Like no other store I've entered so far, they refuse to exchange or return money on products. Although they have a 30-day return period, people are expected to bring them back unopened. Most likely, I will not buy anything from this store again, nor will I recommend it.
