I was last month in Doha and the experience I had there was reflecting a luxury brand. I wonder why it can not be the same in Bucharest…..

Andrei Marinescu: Probably the worst experience ever. You’d expect LV to have a certain standard for customer satisfaction. First thing, you can’t buy online. Second, they won’t bring you the item unless you pay for it. Since they can’t (or won’t) accept online payments, you have to waste your time (or someone else’s as per their suggestion) to go and make the payment in cash. The store will not reserve the product until it was paid, in cash, which means that you can waste your time and someone else will grab that item, if it’s limited stock in France. When I arrived, I had to wait extra, OUTSIDE the store, just to get into the store and be able to make the payment. Avoid this store at all costs.
S E: There was a tall skinny guy with a beard, I don't understand why he was angry and the way he talks is rude, I was looking for the stuff to buy but the guy was angry with me. As a customer, we have the intention to visit and purchase the item whichever you like but not to hear the angry voice. At that moment I remembered that my friends told me about the store where there is a guy who rudely reacts to you. This was the 6th visit and purchase in the LV store so far in different places but I have never seen such an attitude guy. I will highly suggest to other LOUIS VUITTON lovers-NEVER GO

Asta e o pereche de încălțăminte de 4800 de lei am cumpărat de la cei de la D&G și la un preț mai bun și de la o super fata. Fraților, dacă port un tricou alb și am telefonul spart nu înseamnă că nu îmi pot cheltui banii la voi. Dar ma rog unora le place aroganta voastră
