Udrea Linda: I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING BEFORE BEING WELL INFORMED REGARDING THE PROGRAM AND THE POSSIBILITY OF ACCESS. They didn't let me in on the grounds: match, you don't have a card, the schedule has changed. This information not being published but only available at the counter on the day I decided to go. Frustrating! More recently, I leave the information here:On wk, access is only possible with a card and from a certain program...which fluctuates constantly.You only have access if you have a subscription for 10 sessions = 300 RON.

Alexandra-Manuela Iliescu: Disinfect the changing room because it is full of red cockroaches!! I reported the situation to the management, I think they took some measures, but insufficient. Pay attention to the staff who greet you at the entrance, they don't answer people nicely. It was incomparably better with the ladies before.

Alex Victor: They have restricted the schedule of subscribers a lot, the changing rooms are dusty, a lot of untaxed money, they should be visited by the Control Body or OPC, they would be closed immediately!
iliesco: Ok, the pool is a shame that it is only open to the public on weekends, except when there are various events - so there is a chance that you will go there for nothing because the staff communicates poorly, no one answers the phone, no information appears on the website and no one knows when reopens the pool during the week as well.The changing rooms are arranged chaotically, without keys, locks, toilets, separate showers.

Balaure Ioana: Recently, special swimming helmets have been required in the pool area. This change in the regulation was only made known to the users through a text displayed at the entrance to the pool. I think that by the standards to which this gym was considered, categorized as platinum, it was common sense not to find myself sent home as a result of an unannounced rule change. Instead, ironically, my email is bombarded with countless useless messages from them. Lots of money, little respect for customers and their time.

Nikoletta Szovák: In my opinion the entire company has to be punished due to the fact that the do not comply with the european law in regards discrimination of age or any kind of personal rights of human being to forbid a child to enter a child after 6 pm is not only ridiculous but also against the law as it is. Nothing else just cost saving activity which processed by discrimination . I would put the GM of the company into prison to dedicate enough time for him/her to learn european law!! In any civil country which is a member of european union would need to stop this kind of discrimination immediately! People joining the club are committing the crime in indirect ways by supporting such an inlegal company to survive!

cristian murica: şi în weekend mi-am făcut programare. Punctul culminant a fost astăzi, sîmbătă 20 mai, când am sunat la recepţie şi am vrut să vin de la ora 9,00. Mi s-a spus să vin de la ora 10,00 că va fi MAI LIBER. M-am conformat şi am ajuns la bazin la ora 10,05. Am întrebat la recepţie şi mi s-a spus că pentru agrement sunt alocate astăzi 5 culoare. M-am minunat şi am crezut că s-a produs o minune peste noapte. Dar realitatea a fost alta! 6 culoare erau PLINE cu copii. Primul culoar era pentru iniţiere. Pe culoarele 2, 3 şi 4 erau grupe de copii cu câte un antrenor. Pe culoarele 5 şi 6 erau numai 3 şi respectiv 2 copii de 9-11 ani fără părinţi şi fără antrenor. Pe culoarul 7 erau 3 persoane la agrement. Am intrat pe culoarul 6 pe care erau 2 copii. Imediat, a apărut un individ mai puţin educat şi foarte vehement care mi-a spus că unul dintre cei 2 copii este al lui şi că se antrenează pentru nu ştiu ce concurs şi că TREBUIE să ies de pe CULOARUL LUI. Pentru a scurta relatarea, ... în cele din urmă fata de la recepţie mi-a spus că NU ARE CE SĂ FACĂ şi că trebuie sa stau pe culoarul 7.!!!
